Nice stay

Overall nice stay in Chicago during a heatwave. Air conditioning worked great duru g it and kept us all cool. Would recommend.

Good house for a family of 6

We came to Chicago to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Loyola. My 85 year old mother had a little trouble with all of the stairs, but there is a bedroom on the main floor where she slept great. Our teenage daughters shared the finished basement room which has two good sized futons. The stairs are a little treacherous but there is plenty of space in the two upstairs bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is great and the sunny dining room and back decks are very nice. The road is noisy but the new windows help. McDonalds across the street was a big hit with the kids! We really appreciated Michael’s flexibility and communication.

Cubs game with friends

The house was easy to find and enter. Everyone had thier own space and plenty ofbroom to hang out. We walked to the game and stoppedbat 3 places along the route. Perfect way to get tobthe game.

Weekend visit

Stand up with extended family, including five adults and one toddler. The homeless clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy. And the host was incredibly responsive and communicative.

Great place for a family in Chicago

Our family lived this home where we stayed for four nights on our trip to Chicago. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Property was located in a great area and we loved having the garage to park. Hosts were so nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

Lots of space, great location

This property had a lot of space for our family. It's a great location--loved having the Jewel with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts across the street. Owner was very accommodating--we needed a pack and play for our infant and it was set up for us.

Wrigleyville and Cubs Games

The property is exactly as the owner explained. He was extremely responsive and was very accommodating as we were driving in and was able to allow an early check in. The rooms were exactly how they were presented and we were pleased with the outdoor space as well. The street noise was very loud, but due to construction was in no one’s control, so we understood being in a very convenient area has some trade offs, however once the construction is done, that issue will go away. We really enjoyed our time there due to the location and the ease of the entire transaction.

Just right

We had three moms and five daughters ages 8-12 for the weekend. It had just enough space for sleeping (super comfy beds!!), but was lacking seating for dining for 8 people. It was no big deal for us, but may be an issue for others. We loved parking in the garage all weekend and using Uber or walking while we were there. Having a grocery store and restaurants so close was great! Everything was as expected - no complaints.

Cousin’s Weekend

American Girl Trip

Very well kept home in a nice neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and fast food if needed. Two car garage in back came in handy due to some street construction in front of house, Nice two tier deck in back Will stay here again and recommend to families with small children if they can manage stairs up and down.
