About the host
Hosted by Grace Li
We are a family of 4 that enjoys living in what we think the best part of Vancouver. North Vancouver's natural beauty is unsurpassed in my opinion and we love being hosts to anyone that come to visit.
We speak both English and Cantonese and we have two boys that we homeschool. I have a background in interior, graphic, and web design while my husband Vince–the vintage car & cycling enthusiast– the ex-mechanical engineer, is in project management for a large video gaming company based in Burnaby, Vancouver.
As a family, our motto is to eat well and live simply. We thrive on family time, lots of traveling, visiting and supporting our local farmers and small growers, camping adventures, and volunteer work.
Before our boys came along, both Vince and I had traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. We love learning about other cultures, their customs, and most importantly their food! We love being host to visitors and sharing all the amazingness this area of our world has to offer.
