Just a 15-min walk or 5-min drive from the new UNIVERSAL EPIC UNIVERSE, and conveniently located near all major theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, shopping outlets, and only 5 min to the Convention Center, our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your family vacation or business trip!

Set on a private lake. Guests are surrounded by recreational activities in 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, which offers a pool, theater, fitness center, etc.

ONE STORY: TWO Master bedrooms with 1 king size bed and queen bed, ONE BEDROOM with two twin beds, TWO bathrooms, closet, and 2 flat screen TVs. A dining room, fully equipped kitchen including electric range, oven, microwave oven, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, and pots. Cozy Condo

The condo was clean, close to the grocery store, and convention center. The Isle of Cay pool was a short walk and is beautiful and relaxing! We had a small plumbing problem, Myrtle was responsive and the problem was fixed pretty promptly! Would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay!

Great, quiet location near the convention center. The condo was very clean. I had a few minor questions and Myrtle was very quick to respond! I appreciated the extra kitchen supplies like spices & sugar. Great host!

Great place!

It was perfect for my friend and I! Very clean too! Very quiet also. The only thing different is the couch. I would stay there again for sure! It's also close to everything, and a Publix a block away if you need to stock up on food. Thanks so much for letting us pick your place!

AAU Volleyball Tournament at Orange County Convention Center

This was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s AAU Volleyball Tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. We have been staying at hotels for many years. I wish I knew about Vista Cay earlier. The property owner, Myrtle, was great! She was so responsive to all of our questions. It was super easy to get into the condo when we arrived. Everything was as described online. Very clean. Most condos that I have rented give you one garbage bag and one dishwasher detergent. We were pleasantly strong see the extra garbage bags and extra dishwasher detergent and soap by the sinks. It was so nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit too. Thanks for everything! We will be coming back and would love to stay in the same condo again.

Great Location to OCCC

Great location to the convention center, shopping, and dining. Myrtle was very quick to respond to my inquiries. The unit was as pictured and had the basic necessities for our stay. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again. Mahalo Myrtle!

Great and comfortable, well located

We are a family of 5, we stayed in the appartment for 11 days and everything was perfect. The condo is very well located, 15 min to Unoversal an 20 to Disney, 15 for Premium outlet mall. We loved the pool area and the trail along the cay lake. The place is very quiet and peacefull. The appartment has all you need to be confortable, and the equipment is in very good conditions. Myrtle is very kind and provided us all the information we needed.We would come back for sure.

We had a great experience staying here. The beds were comfortable, the kids had a blast at the pools, and Myrtle was quick with communication if we had any questions or issues. The kitchen had very limited basics, but we were able to make it work. Thanks again for a great stay!

Perfect size for my vb player daughter and husband and I. It was exactly as listed, clean, organized, and everything worked! Great being end unit of hall, no elevator or door noise.

I can't recommend this condo enough! It's spacious, spotless, comfy beds, just everything you need and a fab location. Myrtle is a pleasure to deal with and her communication is excellent. Will definitely book again when we travel back to Orlando and will be recommending this condo to family and friends back in Northern Ireland.

Universal vacation

The location was perfect to spend several days at universal, gave us some space and many things to do in our downtime from the parks. The condo was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend!

Nice place

The location is perfect. Easy access on and off the highway. Plenty of parking. About mid-way between Universal and Disney World. Restaurants, Publix, liquor store, and I-drive entertainment just minutes away. Well furnished, clean and fully appointed. I would sit on the balcony and drink my coffee in the morning. There were 5 of us (two adults, 1 older teen, 2 early 20's) and I felt the family area was a bit small for us. The sofa in the pic is not the sofa at the property, To watch TV or just hang out as a family, 2 could sit on the sofa, 1 in the accent chair and if you showed up late you were stuck sitting at the dining table. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Towels were clean and fluffy and plenty for everyone. There was even a box fan available to cool me off during my "hot-flashes" at night.
