Beautiful, luxury 5 bed villa with heated pool and airconditioning near Biot
This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa has recently been fully renovated by its British owners using the highest quality materials throughout. The villa faces south and has a beautiful, heated, saltwater pool of 12 x 5m with a counter-current jet system. The villa is surrounded by 1,700 sqm of lush garden and terracing.
Each double bedroom is airconditioned and its own bath/shower-room. The master bedroom also has a dressing area. All but one of the bedrooms overlook the pool.
The newly-fitted Italian kitchen has the latest Siemens appliances including a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, large oven and micro wave. The counter tops are Silastone.
Outside the house is a covered terrace for all-weather dining and a covered lounge area for you to retreat from the sun. There is a gas barbecue.
The living area has a large widescreen smart tv allowing you to access Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a fire place for colder evenings.
The house is located in a secured, gated estate so your security is ensured. it is nestled in woodland so is very quiet. Although the neighbours are close by, the property is not overlooked.
