The location of the VRBO was great. It was definitely easy to move around the city from Park Güell to the Beach. The VRBO is definitely on the older side as the water for one of the showers did not drain properly and the upstairs had a weird room where the water was not turned on. I’d also add that the A/C wasn’t working the first night but the property manager did send maintenance in the morning immediately. Again not a terrible spot for location the VRBO doesn’t fully match the pictures.

This was a horrible start to my stay in Spain. The location is decent but the actual place looks nothing like the advertising. Very old...furniture looks like something from a cheap motel. Needs updates and repairs...smells like something is leaking or urine. Very very disappointing. I wouldnt recommend to anyone

Terrible experience from start to finish
Our stay was terrible from the moment we booked and got overcharged, to the condition of the property upon arrival, to the lack of responsiveness of management after I reached out both during and after my stay. I have still yet to hear from anyone. The apartment was NOTHING like the pictures. It smelt of urine and there was an incredible amount of wear and tear. The WiFi barely connected, the shades would not go down, the lamps did not work, the outlets were falling out of the wall, the noise was absolutely unbearable as the apartment overlooks a schoolyard where children play basketball from morning until night, the handle of the bedroom door came off in our hands, etc, etc, etc. I would advise to stay far away from this rental and the company in general.

Large and nice place, interesting neighbourhood
We were 5 people traveling, and the unit was as accommodating as advertised. Bed/linens were comfortable, small markets open nearby, close enough to metro (1 minute walk) and small elevator to lift luggage as well.If walking to Ramblas, it was a 10 minute walk through the older neighborhood.Yes, the laundry was downstairs at the foyer, but most units didn't advertise this luxury. We would love to stay again at this location!

Our stay in Barcelona was enhanced by this accommodation. The apartment was perfectly located in the city within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to visit. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. This home was perfect for a family of five! We were greeted by a representative who answered all our questions and provided the information we needed. It was a good choice for us. The property was nice and spacious. All appliances and plumbing worked as expected.
