Unsafe and filthy

Warning - the apartment is unsafe and very dirty. No working fire alarm, no gas monitor, doors did not lock properly with no padlock or chain. Safe did not work. Mold around, grease on kitchen cabinets, not enough utensils, dust and dirt on surfaces. Towels and bedsheets were clean.

Nice located in Gracia

Perfect located in a nice, cosy and quiet street. Good to make holiday with friends. The appartement is simple and a little bit damaged here and there. Best thing is the nice terrace and pool. People are not very nice and friendly and you have to call several times to get back the overpayed fee. Thats sad

Everything was nice.

Everything was nice. It looks elegant and clean. My bed was comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Bathroom is comfortable, clean, modern. Location is great, close to everything but calm and quiet neighbourhood. I loved pool.

Pasamos un fin de semana muy bueno, nos gusto mucho el apartamento y los alrededores, la piscina incluso con el tiempo tan bueno que hace todavía en esa fecha por chiclana así que los niños se quedaron con las ganas, de lo demás todo estuvo estupendo.

The apartment is perfect, and their terrace and the pool is also good, and stays in the great condition! location was perfect for us, most of the city attractions are close to this distict! and very fast train station that can get you to Plaza de Catalunya for 7 minutes! Awesome!!

Familia viajando con 3 hijos adolescentes. Fantástico apartamento. Muy limpio, amplio y ordenado, con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Nos recibió y nos saludó Juan que era muy servicial. Gran ubicación a 1 minuto andando de Joanic Supermercado muy cerca y zona estupenda con muchas terrazas y cafeterias Excelente todo!

Good value for money

The apartments were big and to a clean standard the shower was great! Location was good we were worried how far it was into Barcelona city centre it was 8 euro for a taxi to Gothic quarter however it is in walking distance. Been a few times and enjoy facilities. It is ideal for big groups!
