It is a new apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room with sofa bed, dining room and kitchenette. A very nice terrace to enjoy, quite ventilated and illuminated. We are located very close to the Church of Santo Domingo, walking through the tourist walker you reach the museums, zocalo and restaurants. The area has become very commercial, around there are cafes and restaurants, in addition to two ideal parks for walking or exercising.

The location allows easy access to amenities in the heart of Oaxaca. Do be aware that there is some traffic noise on this street. The property manager responded quickly to my queries, and we appreciated the air conditioner in the bedroom.
We were very happy with our stay in Oaxaca City and especially like staying at Danielle Suite. It was close enough to the Centro area to see everything and it was even closer to Jalatlaco which should be on everyone's list to visit. Close to restaurants and parks and close to the bus to downtown.
Teresa was very communicative and anything we needed she responded to very quickly. There is some road noise but in the bedroom, we hardly ever noticed it.
Thanks Teresa!

Danielle Suite is a nice little gem!
I spent a week at Danielle Suite recently. What a nice property! The apartment is located in a neighborhood about a 20 minute walk from the zócalo. Ample taxis if you would rather not walk (50 pesos). I felt the neighborhood, apartment and the walk to the zócalo were safe and secure. There are restaurants, coffee shops, tiendas, a grocery store and a laundry within blocks of the apartment. The first class bus terminal (ADO) is five minutes away. There are also two nice parks several blocks away. Danielle Suite was new, super clean, and had lots of light and fresh air. The apartment had a nice, little private terrace which was perfect for coffee in the morning. I encountered no problems. The property owner, Teresa, was helpful with information and was easy to contact via email or HomeAway. I hope to return to Oaxaca and Danielle Suite soon.
I was nervous about my first trip to Mexico. This apartment made things a lot smoother. It is definitely spacious for one person. The door lock was a keypad which made things much easier. You enter into a living room space with a TV. To be honest, I did not watch much TV while I was in Oaxaca. The kitchen and dining area was quite large and had everything I needed. There was an outdoor patio off of the kitchen. This was a nice little addition. There was a table and four chairs in a private outdoor area. The bedroom and walk in closet was very large. The bed was a king and was perfect. The bathroom was clean and had everything I could need. I was very happy with this choice of apartment. You could walk to the cathedrals in 5-10 minutes. Restaurants, shops, street vendors, everything you need is a very close walk. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you Teresa 🙏
Very good location. The apartment is great. Has a modern design bathroom and kitchen. It has everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, dishes. TV. we really like the patio inside Apt. You can even smoke there. Only one minus: the apartment is located near a very busy street, and the streets. It's good that the bedroom has a patio, which is in the middle of the house. At night, in order not to hear the car noise, you need to close the bedroom door and open the door to the patio, but you can still hear the car noise, just less. Or you need to close all the doors and turn on the air conditioner, it works quietly, but it's still not very pleasant at night and you have to sleep in an air-conditioned room, we don't like it. That's the only thing we didn't like. At noon, if it's a very hot day, you can go to this apartment and be very comfortably.
I have stayed in Teresa's apartment, Danielle Suite in the past and really enjoy staying there. It is super clean with a well stocked kitchen, great wifi, ample hot water, and a pleasant little outdoor courtyard. It is within blocks to a couple of parks and within walking distance to the Zócalo, pedestrian malls, groceries, laundry, tiendas and many great neighborhood restaurants. Close to the terminal for long distance busses also.
My daughter and I were so pleased with our stay. The Apartment was in such a great area and only had to take a taxi once to go see the ruins, everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend to anyone. We only had 1 question and received an answer within minutes. We would rate a 10 !!!!
I stayed at Suite Danielle again this year for about 13 days. The apartment is well furnished, clean and comfortable. It is very close to Llano Park (very pretty) and there are numerous cafes and restaurants close to the apartment and Llano Park that are worth exploring. The laundry and a grocery store are just blocks away. The pedestrian malls and Zocalo are also an easy walk from the apartment. Teresa was very kind and helpful in answering questions. I highly recommend Suite Danielle and hope to stay there again during my next visit to Oaxaca.
First, Teresa is a great hostess. Her gracious, prompt and cheerful response to questions and requests made our stay just that much more enjoyable. The unit is perfect for two people looking to enjoy all that is Oaxaca. While it’s convenient to all that Oaxaca has to offer, which is a lot, it’s the perfect oasis from all the hustle and bustle that is Oaxaca.
Danielle Suite stay during the Day of the Dead celebration
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Suite Danielle during the Dia de los Muertes celebration in Oaxaca. Cafes, restaurants and a mini mart are a 5 to 10 minute walk away. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo in central Oaxaca. Teresa was quick to get us cabs when we needed it. But it was also usually easy to flag one down on the street outside of the suite. It’s a wonderful time to visit Oaxaca during the Day of the Dead celebration and I would recommend it to anybody who has never been there. There are good restaurants all over Oaxaca but make sure you eat in the market as the food is great. Lots of good tours available to churches, cemeteries, museums, markets, ruins, surrounding villages and cities, mezcal factories, etc. The people in Oaxaca were wonderful and we were felt safe and comfortable our entire trip. Thank you Teresa.
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Danielle Suite! Teresa was excellent with communication and assisted us in booking taxi rides to/from the airport making getting around a breeze. The location is perfectly situated for easy access to all the great sights. We were only there a few days so it was not an issue but do keep in mind that the kitchen is small with few amenities so cooking elaborate meals is not really possible here. With that said, the food culture here is one reason why we came anyway! The place was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Nice, modern amenities in the heart of colonial Oaxaca
We decided NOT to do the gated, resort properties and opted for this lovely, in-town apartment. After long, hot days in the city and bus tours and trips to the Costa, we were just craving to come through our door at Suite Danielle...hot shower, air conditioner, sliding doors in bedroom, overlooking private patio...divine respite. After 6 days of sweating in 100% humidity and 85+ degree temps, I needed to find a laundry. Our hostess did our small bundle at no charge. We were so thankful for her. The apartment is within walking distance of Llano park and the Zocalo, museum, churches, restaurants. We'll return.

Amazing place to stay in Oaxaca!
Super nice and new place to stay in Oaxaca! Definitely recommend staying here. Really close to the center and it situated in a very nice neighborhood. Probably one of the nicer places to stay in the city!
