There are two communal pools, a big one and a small one, to share with the other ten apartments in the building. Nice and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This duplex is sent on the ground floor. Careful to detail, there is a hall, an equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a large living and dining room open to a terrace next to the pools. Upstairs there are three fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite. Set in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but just at a ten minute walk from the centre. A perfect stay for a relaxing holidays.

IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
