This studio has 1 double bed (140x200) and a sofa bed (120x200), bathroom, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine too). On the 3rd floor of building. Nice view, no lift, steep stairs.

City tax, never had to pay anywhere else

Only one small dish towel and no paper towels. A bit disappointed. Stairs are very steep and wouldn’t recommend for people as old as us. Neighbor’s dog yapped constantly.

Beautiful Lisbon studio apartment

This old town studio apartment is beautiful, located in an eclectic older neighborhood away from the crowds and traffic of central Lisbon. The hostess, Manuela, was easy to communicate with and very helpful in planning for my arrival and departure. The *only* negative for me was the stairs up to the apartment, which were very narrow and steep.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed the studio apartment. Our host made it a very welcoming stay and is as lovely as described in listing. We learned the bus schedules and that helped a lot to avoid the steep climb from the Metro station below. Graca is a nice, friendly neighborhood that allowed us to engage with the packed Lisbon center area when we wanted to and relax at other times. We appreciated the coffee shop at end of street!

Our Incredible Stay in Lisbon

We stayed at this great property for five nights and had the most amazing time in Lisbon. The apartment had everything we needed and was in an excellent location - only a short walking distance to some great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. We loved exploring the local area, seeing the street art, nearby flea market on Tuesdays and Saturdays and the excellent lookout points for a beautiful view of Lisbon. Manuela is an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely return!

Séjour très agréable

Très bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et tout le confort. Idéalement situé, proche de la ligne du fameux tram 28, du marché et du quartier de l'Alfama pour de très belles découvertes. Manuela est extraordinaire par gentillesse et sa disponibilité pour répondre à la moindre de nos interrogations. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation. Florence et Pascal

Enjoyable Stay

First, Manuala was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. The place was small but enough room for two of us. Its a studio vice a one bedroom place. It was tough to find parking right out fron but there were plenty down the street and a short walk. The longer we stayed the more we enjoyed the area with the many small shops and great places to eat. A room fine was nice since there was no AC. I would go back again.

Appartement bien placé et tranquille

L appartement est tranquille, fonctionnel et bien placé ds l alfama. Il est à 5 mn a pied de la place Da Graca ou vous trouverez le fameux tranway 28, un tas de pastelaria, 2 superettes et d autres services. À 10 mn a pied vous avez le metro, c est une fin de ligne mais c est la porte ouverte vers le reste des transports de lisbonne (peu cher d ailleurs!). Manuela est tres sympa et se tient dispo pour apporter des info precieuses pour les visites et aspects pratiques sur place.

Belle expérience pour découvrir Lisbonne

Très bien situé dans le quartier populaire de Graça proche du centre, ce logement est fonctionnel, clair et propre. Accueil charmant des propriétaires.

Studio moderne et bien équipé avec vue très sympa sur le Tage. Quartier authentique et très agréable. Restaurants, taxi, bus, métro et le tram 28 à proximité. Point de depart idéal pour visiter Lisbonne. Location à recommander les yeux fermés. Propriétaire très sympa.

Studio très confortable et bien situé

Nous avons été bien accueilli dans ce studio bien équipé. Le confort de la literie nous a permis de bien nous remettre en forme pour nos visites quotidiennes de Lisbonne. Taxis, trams et petits restaurants sympathiques sont à proximité ainsi que de superbes belvédères. Nous avons bien l'intention de revenir.

Great Location!

Myself, wife and 2 children (aged 13 & 10) stayed in the apartment for 1 week which was in a great location for walking all of Old Lisbon. Car not required as you can easily get around via trams, buses and taxis etc... but may want to consider purchasing a Lisboa Card before your trip for the benefits of reduced transport and attraction costs. There is a good view from the well maintained, well decorated and very comfortable apartment. We loved experiencing Lisbon by immersing ourselves with the locals instead of staying in a hotel with all the tourists.
