This historic Devon farmhouse is situated near the Dartmoor town of Chagford and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.

Hole Farm is an amazing ancient thatched medieval Dartmoor longhouse near the Devon town of Chagford. The house with accompanying cottage sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms, three double and three twin. On the ground floor are a sitting room with open fire, study with piano and kitchen with dining area. The cottage has a sitting room with wood burning stove and kitchen with dining area. Outside is a grassy garden and acres of fields beyond. Two miles from the friendly Devon town of Chagford, Hole Farm is a magical place for experiencing the best Devon history and scenery on holiday. Perfect for small groups.

Amenities: Central heating, electric fires, night storage heating, open fire with wood burning stove, modern electric Aga. Microwave, fridge, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washer-dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for eight cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcome (subject to usual standards of external cleanliness). Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Due to the property being thatched BBQ's are not permitted.

A great weekend!
A real treat to stay in such an old and well kept property. The history of the houses and the farm made a big impression, we loved the sense of being in such an old home. And the modern kitchen and big aga were a good addition!
