This London accommodation is located in the heart of Soho. This 1 bedroom apartment is on the top floor of a modern apartment block with elevator. Please note the elevator is only the 4th floor and the apartment is on the 5th floor so you will need to walk up one flight of stairs. The 1 bedroom rental apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Direct access via French doors to attractive roof terrace with views over the square. The living room is furnished with double sofabed ( suitable for 1 adult or 2 children under 12), TV, telephone, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has bath, washbasin, and WC. There is wireless Internet access.

This London accommodation on Soho Square is in one of London's oldest squares and is in the heart of Soho within walking distance to the shops on Oxford Street, the theatres in the West End, and Piccadilly. Soho Square is reached via, Oxford Street the entrance and is located North of Wardour Street. Soho has numerous underground links; Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines) is just 350 metres, Leicester Square (Northern and Piccadilly lines) 450 metres, Oxford Circus (Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines) 150 metres and Tottenham Court Road (Central and Northern lines) 200 metres away all providing a quick commute to the City and other central locations. Berwick Street hosts the famous fruit and veg market together with numerous fabric and rare record shops. Please note: There is absolutely no smoking in this apartment.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE:
Please note that whilst official check in is 1pm, we will try to let you check in before 13:00 should you arrive on an early flight. However, i this depends on whether previous guests are leaving that day so a same day changeover. We always do our best to ensure guests have a stress free check in and as little delay as possible. Once we have your full flight/Arrival information, then we will be able to confirm check in arrangements.

Check in times vary between 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and only when we have your full flight/arrival information can we make check in arrangements. Outside of these hours or weekends, we will need to book our taxi service with key delivery.

CHECK IN: Not guaranteed before 2pm – appointments must be made
Guests can usually arrive from 10am, by appointment only, to leave lug-gage and collect key.
(In the event of a same day changeover, housekeeping staff may still need access in the larger flats to finish laundry after 2pm, but check in will be granted)
OFFICE HOURS/OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS(*) Office hours for check ins are 09.00 – 14.30 Monday to Friday. Guests arriving via airport outside normal office hours between 14:30 – 18:00 and all throughout weekends there will be a £60 key delivery and check-in help
We can also provide taxi transfers from airport from 15:00 to 23:00 during week days and from 09:00 to 23:00 during weekends with competitive rates (Please inquire), so that keys can be also be provided when our office is closed (In this case you will not pay for £60 key collection fee).
(*) Guests arriving via airport during British Bank Holidays should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. This will be arranged for you driver will meet you in arrival halls and will take you straight to the apartment and check you in. By the way we never charge a taxi fee. we use licensed London taxi drivers and they charge you and its all confirmed up front.
Please note that our representatives can only secure a time slot of one hour. If you arrive late then additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of £16 per hour and charged on a quarter hour basis, ie for every 15 minutes late then £4 payable.
Important note ( as part of our house rules) - : It is very important and the guests responsibility that we receive your arrival details. We offer private apartments and none of them have reception facilities. We are unable ar-range delivery of keys if we are not informed your arrival details prior to your arrival.

OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS(*) Guests arriving outside normal office hours and weekends should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided to the driver in advance, when our office is closed and the driver will ensure youi get into the apartment. The reduced rate Taxi service costs can be provided, depending on the arrival airport and how many people in the party

The taxi is totally NON profit making by us. We organize it for the comfort and security of guests arriving off a long flight and getting into central London. They are met inside the arrival’s hall at the airport, helped to the cab and taken directly to the flat. We give the driver the key so there is no waiting around. We use a Licensed London taxi driver in the official London black cab (not necessarily actually black in colour) he is vetted and bonded by Metropolitan Police and is fully insured. The guests do not have to worry about finding the correct address and flat, wandering around the street with heavy luggage and they go straight in – no delays. The driver we use is very experienced, all our guests love him and ask him to take them back too because of the comfort and pleasant way to travel they experienced on arrival. However, the return journey is totally up to the individual guests

If guests are not arriving by air but by car or train, whether it be internal or Eurostar, outside normal hours, we will arrange a personal out of hours meet and greet which is at a rate of £60 during the week (Mon - Fri) until 17:00. Please discuss this with us when making your reservation. We will always try to help where we can.

Eurostar and other train arrivals: Please make sure that the train is scheduled to arrive at the London station terminus they arrive at before 1.30pm latest. This will give you the time to exit the station – this can be very slow – and there can be queues for taxis. Our aim is to ensure guests arrive stress free. During weekends (Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holiday) our liaison office are closed. Therefore, we will arrange a private transfer for you. The driver will meet guests at London station terminus and take them straight to the flat and make sure you get in safely. He will collect the key in advance and so taking into account the cost of the taxi, which makes it much easier for you.

IMPORTANT:Sadly, occasionally guests do not give the correct information as to who and how many people will be staying in the apartment. In the UK there are strict regulations in respect of maximum occupancy levels. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the names of everyone in your group, and where there are children, please provide their ages. We reserve the right to refuse check in if the number of guests arriving exceeds the number booked
Latest check-in by representative on Christmas Eve is 13:00 and Christmas day and New Year day arrivals are not possible.

Spacious apartment in a perfect location
This is the perfect place to stay when visiting London. The apartment is on the top floor, which means you have to walk up one flight of stairs from the elevator--not difficult. The trade off is there are vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedroom. The rooms are very spacious, there are quite a few cupboards, the kitchen is functional and there are plenty of plates and cutlery. The only downside is there is no dishwasher. But on the positive side there is a combo washer dryer. Good communication with the owner and building manager. If you are interested in theatre and museums, most are within an easy walk. The tube station is very close, as is Tesco. M&S food hall also near by. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed for one week. The building was easy to find and was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and had lots of charm. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The building was safe and in walking distance to everything.

Property is very well located. Very close to the tube, Lots of little cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Walking distance to shops with essentials as well. Nice space. Its is in the center ofcSoHo but amazingly quiet

Great apartment in a great location
We stayed here for 1 week with our 2 children. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The bedroom is good size with tons of closet space and a nice vanity for doing make-up and hair. The location was absolutely perfect. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Excellent location for theater and museums. Quick access to the tube. Very clean flat but spartan supplies. Needed to buy shower gel and wondered if we would run out of TP for a five night stay. No directions available for laundry machine. Read fine print for weekend arrivals as there is an added cost. Communications with managing agency are slow and need be improved.

The apartment is lovely and comfortable inside. It is perfectly located, looking down on Soho Square. Many high-quality restaurants, pubs and night clubs are only a short walk away, as is the heart of the London theatre district. This is a professional rental, so the kitchen had only a few basics -- pots, pans, silverware, a French press coffee pot and a kettle. We bought everything else, like toilet paper, laundry soap, coffee, all our food. But Tesco's was just around the corner so shopping for basic supplies was very easy. Overall, a very high quality experience. We hope to return.

Had a wonderful time in London and this apartment definitely played its part. The apartment was clean and comfortable for my 6 day visit to London with my teenage daughter. By London standards, it is very roomy with a separate bedroom, eat in kitchen (seating for four at table) and comfortable living room. Apartment looks just like it is represented in the photos. It is well located for visiting London. You are one block from Tottenham tube station and a short walk to West End shows, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, and the British Museum. The streets around the apartment are lively at night with plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy. As lively as the area is at night, we did not find it too loud in the apartment as you are on the 5th floor (lift goes up to 4th floor and walk up one flight of stairs). Washer/dryer was easy to use. Lots of closet space if needed. Fully apportioned apartment and kitchen (nice to have included things like hair dryer, iron, iron board, etc.) Refrigerator is not a full size refrigerator but that was not an issue for us. Given its size, comfort, and proximity to the sights of London, we would definitely stay there again. Works perfect for two adults or a family of four with younger children.

Soho
Soho is a lively square with many pubs nearby. The warm evenings prompted parties into the morning with some noise wafting up to the fifth floor flat. But we really enjoyed the location however as stores and theaters were within walking distance. The flat was clean and the management was responsive and courteous. We stayed a month and were a bit sad to leave.

Perfect for my teen daughter and me
The location of this Soho flat was perfect for everything during our week in London. Lots of shops and good food only blocks away. The flat is simple but clean and there's excellent shower pressure. No problems at all. Thank you.

Lovely spacious flat
Great flat in Soho, plenty of space, was clean and had what we needed. Location is very central, it does get a bit rowdy at night but we always felt safe, but we had plenty of options for food and the tube was a quick walk. The garden on the square is quite nice. I would stay again.

Great location
The apartment was very nice and clean. The park out front was fun for my kids, although there were a few shady characters here and there. Also had a few homeless people sleeping out front. Otherwise great location and perfect space for our family of four.
