A modern furnished, very spacious holiday home on private property. Comfortable, attractive and fully equipped. A wonderful sunny terrace and a fruit orchard on the property. Many tourist spots. Near the beach. Beautiful rural location.
Located in outside area on the hospitable island of Schouwen-Duiveland.
3 km from the historic city of Zierikzee, 10 km from Burg-Haamstede and on the edge of the "Plan Tureluur" nature reserve.
Beautiful beaches, forests, picturesque villages, pleasant terraces and markets.
Centrally located with beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area
The cottage is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, Senseo or coffee maker, wifi, TV and underfloor heating.
From 26 June to 30 August we only rent per week.

Gemütlicher Kurzurlaub
Das Haus ist relativ groß, sehr sauber und hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Wer Ruhe genießen will, ist hier genau richtig. Das Einchecken war total problemlos, da der nette Vermieter uns persönlich empfangen hat.

Prettig vakantiehuis in Kerkwerve
Wij hebben twee fijne dagen gehad in Kerkwerve bij Michiel. Een fijne, sympathieke, bereidwillige gastheer.We hebben genoten van het ruime huisje en de heerlijke tuin. Heel fijn ook voor ons hondje. Het huisje was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Van Michel mochten wij een dag langer blijven omdat wij anderhalve dag later kwamen i.v.m. een sterfgeval in de familie.Dat vonden we super!

Kommunikation mit Buchung
Über das Haus kann ich leider gar nicht sagen, weil ich nicht angereist bin. Leider muss man bei Buchungsanfragen sehr genau darauf achten, ob man eine Antwort bekommt, weil man dann gleich eine Fest Buchung bekommt. Ich habe leider überhaupt keine Buchungsbestätigung von fewo noch vom Vermieter erhalten. Bin aber trotzdem in eine Fest Buchung gerutscht, was mir erst sehr spät aufgefallen ist. also Augen auf bei Buchungsanfragen. Erst als ich die Febo App installiert hatte, sei, dass ich eine Buchung auch in Holland hatte. Sehr ärgerlich. Kommunikation mit fewo wird immer schwieriger, da man meistens mit einem Chatbot telefonieren muss oder sprechen muss an einen Menschen zu kommen, wird immer schwieriger.

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Schöner und großer Garten. Mit dem Auto braucht man bis zum Meer nur ca. 15 Minuten. Supermärkte in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gastgeber sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse
Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse in ruhiger Umgehung, aber nur 15 Autominuten zum Strand, Restaurants nach 5-10 Min Fahrt erreichbar. Freundlicher Gastgeber, der direkt nebenan wohnte. Parkplätze am angrenzenden Mini-Campingplatz vorhanden. Wir haben den Kurzurlaub genossen!

Toller Ort im Inland von Zeeland
Wir haben uns toll erholt. Von diesem Standort können toole Fahrradtouren unternommen werden. Nach Renesse sind es 25 Kilometer. Mit dem Rad ist man in 35 Minuten fort. Es lohnt sich die kostenlose Fahrrad App Fietsknoop auf das Handy zu laden. Tolle Touren, abseits der großen Autostraßen.

Lovely stay
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house and garten were wonderful, and beautifully maintained. It was a perfect peaceful getaway for my adult daughter, myself and our dog. We would certainly recommend this rental home.

Das Haus war super. Alles sauber und wirklich weiter zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren ausserordentlich Nett und Zuvorkommend. Die Treppe ist ein wenig Steil. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Kerkwerve, eine Reise wert
Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Realität hat unsere Erwartungen des online Insertates noch Übertroffen. Sehr helle Räume, zwei hübsche Schlafzimmer, eine grandiose Terrasse mit ebenso schönem Garten, top eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Wir hatten noch einen kleinen Hund dabei. Alles total unkompliziert. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Zierikzee ist auch ein hübsches Städtchen in der Nähe mit historischen Bauten und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen für Selbstversorger die Supermarktkette Albert Heijn.Renesse im Norden mit kilometerlangen Stränden ist in ca. 10 Autominuten erreicht. Ein Auto braucht man in jedem Fall, kann aber auch in ca. 1/2 Stunde mal an Feldern entlang zum Damm laufen. Wir können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, lieber Michiel!

Gemütliche Tage
Trotz des regnerischen Wetters hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage in Kerkwerve. Das Haus ist geräumig mit großem Garten. Man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen und ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand.

Abwechslungsreiche Tage in Zeeland
Wir , ein Ehepaar mit Hund haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Mit dem Auto haben wir die ganze Umgebung erkundet. Es gibt herrliche Strände. Wenn man die Regeln beachtet ist es ein Traum mit Hund. Das Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfe, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist groß zur gemeinsamen Nutzung, allerdings nicht komplett eingezäunt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht voll den Gegebenheiten. Der nächste Ort ist Zierikzee ganz entzückend mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub rundum genossen und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

Charmante Gastgeber, Charmantes Haus, Charmante Gegend - einfach top!
Wir hatten zusammen mit unserem Dackel einen wunderbaren, sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem idyllisch gelegenen, top gepflegten und sehr gemütlichen Haus. Die Gastgeber Michiel und seine Frau sind sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Menschen und sind für Fragen immer offen. Das Haus entspricht genau den Angaben in der Anzeige. Man braucht zwar Auto oder Fahrrad, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Aber das ist für uns kein Hindernis, um zu sagen: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
