L’appartement alloué n’était pas celui des photos. Impossible d’ouvrir fenêtre complètement car donnait sur le trottoir donc bruyant et à la hauteur des passants. Des passants ont même cognée dans les vitres. C’est malheureux car décoration très belle.

Comfortable and Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Studio 36 as the bed and pillows were comfortable, the studio was clean, kitchen was enough for our needs, parking was secure, location was perfect and the area was very quiet. We could walk everywhere, it felt like a home away from home.

Studio très fontionnel, au calme, à dix minutes de marche du centre ville ce qui permet de laisser la voiture au parking proposé par le propriétaire (très appréciable en période de Noël ).

Comfortable bed, checks all the boxes…great for someone who needs parking. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed which have been communicated but overall a good property we would use again.

Nous avons visité le centre ville d'Arras et la carrière Wellington à pied. Votre appartement est très bien situé. Pas besoin de la voiture. Je le recommande et j'envisage de revenir.

Logement conforme à nos attentes. Les prestations sont parfaites pour un séjour de courte durée. Nous avons apprécié le confort, le volet roulant côté parking occultant et sécurisant, le système de récupération des clés très original. Le seul bémol est de n'avoir pas pu rencontrer Mr Cuignet qui nous a paru très sympathique lors de nos échanges via internet ou tél. Nous recommandons vivement cette location au bon rapport qualité prix.

Beautiful Spacious Flat

My husband and I stayed here while we were in the area to visit Vimy Ridge. The flat was spacious, clean and very nice! The owner greeted us upon arrival and the amenities that were provided to us were greatly appreciated such as coffee, tea etc. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and the hospitality of Cedric!
