My villa is situated on the quiet residential community of Sunrise Lakes.

The villa has four bedrooms, comprising two master bedrooms with ensuites and two twin rooms sharing the third bathroom.

Smart TVs are located throughout the house meaning that you have the ability to access your own Streaming Services using the TVs Guest Mode.

My home also boasts a south facing heated pool and spa, which is not overlooked from behind, giving you that extra privacy not offered by all homes. Pool / Spa heating is an additional charge which is currently £125 GBP per week.

The garage has been converted into a fully air-conditioned Games Room which will keep all members of the family amused, whatever their age. The room comprises of a Pool table and Air Hockey table, along with an electronic dartboard.

Walt Disney World is a realistic 20 minutes away, and all other major Orlando attractions are within easy reach.

With Free secure WI-FI internet, the supermarket on your doorstep, a Walmart Supercenter minutes away, various restaurants and championship golf courses also close at hand I believe that this is The Ideal Location for your holiday.

Beautiful property!!

We love, love, loved our stay at this house. I cannot say enough about how clean and beautifully decorated the villa was. The owner, when contacted, responded immediately, and was very accommodating and friendly! The location is so close to all the Disney pppPparks.Wewill be back!cWe will be back

Don’t let the out dated look of the place fool you. It was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything like parks and shopping. I loved that the host had very detailed information around the unit that answered any questions that might come up. Despite the host being overseas, considering the time difference she was quick to communicate. It was nice that there were a few basics supplied to get started. Although not mentioned the unit does have a coffee maker. We would stay here again

Great stay but a few updates would be nice

The property is just like it is listed online.We had trouble with checking in as the previous guests security code was not removed therefore we had to call the property management company to change the code. They were very quick to respond however, if we had been about 40 minutes later, we would not have got into the house until the next day. You do get sun in the pool area, but the tree in the backyard does provide quite a bit of shade. A few things that could be updated are the pots and frying pans as the Teflon coating is peeling off, face cloths are pretty worn, a few more towels would be nice as well as new knives as they are not sharp. These are just our observations. This property is in a good neighborhood with Walmart, Publix and restaurants close by. The neighbors were very friendly. Sharon, the homeowner, was very responsive. We had a great 3 week stay and would book this property again.

Fantastic Getaway!

Loved our stay from start to finish! House was super clean upon arrival, the cleaner is also very nice! Can’t say enough nice things about the neighbors!!! Would highly recommend this property! Don’t let previous bad reviews prevent you from enjoying an amazing opportunity at Sharon’s Villa.

Easter break

We had a very enjoyable stay. Having a pool was great the grandkids loved being able to swim all day and was very refreshing after a day at Disney or just out sight seeing. We have always used VRBO and have never been disappointed. Thank you Sharon!

Terrible experience

It is the 12th year I am ranting a villa at this area for my HP small athletics group.It was the worst experience.At the first night the temperature at the villa was closed to 0C.The thermostat was blocked,set on cooling only and was under control of ouner.The blankets are very thin and looks old,...We payed for the pool heating for the all stay.But the the water was barely warm.Of cource, I am not going to rent this villa next year.

Perfect for Disney vacation

This villa is perfect for a Disney vacation. It's location is brilliant just 20 minutes from Disney and 40 from Universal. It's in a lovely quiet area which is well kept and friendly. We had lovely neighbours both sides and felt welcome. It's a lovely size for a family of 8. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The outdoor area is spacious with just the right amount of sun and shade. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

Texans to Florida in Fall

Overall, the location of the property and the villa itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was as it was advertised and we were able to enjoy the pool and spa and the game room on our non-park days. It was extremely helpful to have fans (even though we brought our own). There was plenty of space so that everyone didn't feel crammed. The best feature for me was the soaking tubs because they came in handy after a day of walking at the parks.

RUIN MY VACATION :(

The property is nice, but we paid extra for heating the pool and "hot tub" but it did not heat. My son ended up renting another property with a nice heated pool for the kids. Besides the internet was on and off constantly, even off for more than 6 hours, so no TV at all.... The temperature meter was locked and the mattress cover really dirty and full of hairs. Not a good support from management. I would like to get at least a refund for the "heating fee" since we did not get a chance to use it and my son left with the kids what ruined our vacations!!!!

Perfect

Great location, 5 mins walk from dollar tree and a short drive to Publix and Walmart. Lots of space, kitchen well equipped, beds really comfy, very clean and well maintained and nice showers. Pool was very welcome after visiting the parks. Disney about 25mins drive, Universal 40 mins. Neighbourhood was very quiet but on the first Saturday night some youths out the back had a car meet. Engines revving all night and music so loud the doors vibrated. Not what we needed on our first night after a long flight. I would definitely recommend staying here as hopefully the car meet was a one off.

Very nice home with a great neutral location!

The home was as advertised. Nice location. Disney World is a realistic 25 minute drive . Plenty of great restaurants within a few miles and only a mile from super Walmart and Publix. The pool area was great and very clean ! Would definitely recommend

Felt just like Home!

We had a great vacation and knowing that this home awaited us at the end of each action packed day was such a wonderful feeling! I admit that we didn't use a number of the amenities simply because when we got back, we were too exhausted! The exception to that would be the pool which was so refreshing! Resorts and hotels may have big water parks but we loved the privacy of having this space all to ourselves and no hour restrictions of when we could use it! The house was perfect for our needs and we would highly recommend it!!

Truthful Review from a Fellow Rental Property Owner

I thought I was safe choosing this home because of the other positive reviews. The owner, Sharon, was very responsive but considering she couldn’t do anything about the issues living in another country, she just told me to contact the property manager. The property management company was NOT responsive. The owner relies on a property management company for upkeep and maintenance and they are doing a poor job and are taking advantage of the owner living in another country. I did take pictures upon arrival. The property management claim they are available Monday-Friday from 8-4, but I tried all day on Monday to reach them. Finally at 2 pm, I reached a live person. Meanwhile, we dealt with the issues Saturday and Sunday (left a voice mail and no one called us back). I suppose because my complaints were not deemed to be an “emergency”. The spa heater was not working (the SOLE reason we chose this property over the property we use every year), and the pool lights that others raved about wouldn’t work. They did bring in a shower liner on Monday so we were able to finally use that shower, but the spa heater was not fixed all week. We were refunded the money for the heating of the spa, but again…the spa was the sole reason we rented this property over the one we have rented for years. In fact, the spa water registered cooler than the inside temperature in the house. They did have box fans in the bedrooms so that helped a little at night. The beds were very comfortable! The house needs a good cleaning. Stains were all over the carpet, the walls and the baseboards were lined with dust and stains. In fact, right under the hand sanitizer attached to the wall was a red stain. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken, there were small black bugs (NOT BEDBUGS or ANTS) in the front master bathroom, the dryer internal vent leading outside needs cleaning in order to avoid a fire and a load taking 160 minutes to dry, the linens had holes in them, the blinds have holes in them, and the safe box was broken.. The area was very peaceful and it was a quick drive to the parks.

First time Vrbo

This was my first time using the Vrbo site to book a rental. I was nervous and did not know what to expect. All my nervousness went away as soon as I entered the property. The property was well maintained, very clean, there was extra sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets. The owner and property management answered any questions that I had timely. We had a slow drain in two of the bathrooms and the property management were there to fix the same day. I would definitely rent this property again.
