Tres bon séjour

Maison tres propre, tres fonctionnelle et tres agréable. Élisabeth est extrêmement gentille et compréhensible. Je recommande cette location à 100 pour 100. Le seule inconvénient c'est la vitesse excessive devant la maison.

Wir konnten in der, liebevoll eingerichteten, Stadtwohnung ruhige, erholsame Urlaubstage verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht voll und ganz den Angaben im Inserat. Unser Hund konnte ebenfalls zur Ruhe kommen, da der Garten komplett eingeschlossen ist und er nicht von anderen Tieren oder Passanten gestört wurde. Bei Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin wurde immer zeitnah geantwortet. Wir bedanken uns vielmals für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Propriétaire charmante et disponible ! Logement conforme aux photos, agréable, soigné, très fonctionnel et bien équipé ; très joli jardin ; emplacement très pratique, tout commerce et hyper centre accessibles à pied, parking gratuit et disponible en permanence ; St Pierre très sympa et permettant de sillonner partout dans l'île. Oléron authentique, superbes paysages et plages, très bon accueil partout ! On reviendra, c'est certain !

De passage pour un court sejour à St Pierre d'Oleron, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à faire la connaissance d'Élisabeth, qui est très gentille, et avenante. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Matériel de qualité. Bonne literie.Vaisselle abondante. Rien ne manque, et c'est très appréciable! Jusqu'aux produits d'entretien dans chaque pièce..... Nos petits chiens étaient les bienvenus, et ont apprécié le jardin! Magasins d' alimentation à proximité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Très bon choix de location. Jolie maison, propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner (vaisselle, couverts, casseroles...). Location proche des commerces, vous pourrez tout faire à pied. Disponibilité de la propriétaire, Elisabeth A recommander!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt haben. Schöner kleiner Garten, perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und eine Kaffee im Liegestuhl, auch ideal für den Hund (weil rundum abgeschlossen). Dass zwei Schlafzimmer zur Straße rausgehen, ist kein wirkliches Problem. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Maison de ville au charmant jardin clos

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte situé dans le centre de Saint Pierre. La maison est très propre, bénéficiant de tout le confort nécessaire. La literie est de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit jardin clos et ombragé. Une adresse à conserver.

Maison agréable à vivre pour un séjour estival

La maison est agréable pour y vivre quelques jours durant l’été. Il y a tout le nécessaire du quotidien, assez grande pour y vivre à plusieurs. Il est possible de profiter du jardin dès qu’il fait beau et en toute intimité, sans vis-à-vis. Il n’y a par contre pas de parking longue durée juste devant la maison, il faut se garer un peu plus loin.
