This beautiful villa is set in an oasis free from all atmospheric and noise pollution, ideal for families, sun lovers and nature addicted. Crossing the entrance you find a welcoming living room, decorated in ethnic style. The large windows allow you to admire the delightful private fairytale garden which the entire rear of the villa projects onto.
The meadow blends into the drop below as it stretches out to the sea. The three bedrooms, each with its own convenient bathroom, are on the same level as the living room. A comfortable fully-equipped kitchen illuminated by a large full-length window completes the villa.
Setting off from the private car park, where three cars can be easily parked, you come across the front of the villa, simple but elegant. Two porches, one leading to the eating and barbecue area and one to the socializing area, face out onto the meadow, interrupted only by the blue of the deck level swimming pool and surrounded by characteristic small dry-stone walls.
