Villa Sunshine is a luxurious of 135 sqm, fully equipped residence with a pool, a lovely garden and a outstanding view of the sea and the green mountains of Ancient Epidavros, Argolis.

The villa is fully equipped and consists of two levels.

The first level, offers a direct access to the pool and the bbq area, includes a semi-separate spacious living room with a fireplace and spacious kitchen room. From the living room everyone can take in the beautiful pool and the sea view. On the same floor, also is a spacious bathroom, a bright and independent bedroom with two single beds (which can be a double), as well as a small laundury room.

The marble staircase, guides to the second level, where are the three remaining bedrooms of the villa and an additional bathroom.
The first two bedrooms are equipped with single beds, everyone of those has direct access to externally balcony offering a beautiful, panoramic view.
Especially for families with small children, there is the possibility of using a baby cot (up to 6kg).
The 2nd level bathroom is spacious, Jacuzzi Shower.
Finally, the third bedroom offers a double bed and a separate balcony, overseeing the garden, the mountains and the endless blue of the sea.
All the bedrooms have large closets.

The external space of the Villa Sunshine is fenced.
The surface is paved with stone.
Parking spaces are located on the lowest level and are for at least 3 cars.
The garden of the house is full of trees and flowers.

It is an ideal environment for moments of serenity and relaxation.
Enjoy a swim or a refreshing drink by the pool, or a tasty dinner with friends and family at the specially designed and naturally decored with a bougainvillea, covered, paved and with a lovely view bbq-dining area.

The location of the villa is perfect, as it is in Ancient Epidavros, Yalasi area.
In the village you can discover and enjoy diving (in bay you can dive and see The Sunken City) and paragliding lessons.
You can visit in just 20 minutes driving, the worlwide known Ancient Theater of Epidavros, in 30 minutes always the first capital of Greece, the lovely city of Nafplion.
Besides, you can easily visit the tourist and archaeological sites of the area, such as the oldest town of Europe-Argos, Mycenae, Porto Heli, Ermioni, Spetses, Hydra or Poros island.
Explore the local wineries such as are in Nemea or outside of Argos and enjoy wine.
The distance from Athens is about 2 hours.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL THE GUESTS: According the change in the law on short-term rentals in Greece (LAW 5073/2023), that is effective from 1/1/2024 all renters/visitors, who have made a reservation through short-term rental platforms, are required to inform regarding the passport, or id details and pay additional 2 taxes on top of the rental amount.
The visitor's taxes are:
0,5% of the rent amount and
10 euro per day of stay (10euros*days) from March to end of October, 4euros from November to end of February.
Those must be paid in cash on arrival date, before check in. Taxes are collected for the owner, by the person who will welcome visitors on the day of the arrival. At the same time, an issued receipt for the paid amounts will be given from the name of the owner.
The taxes will be returned to the Greek state, with the declaration of particular stay at the end of each month.
