Lovingly restored village house located in the center of Benidoleig, a charming mountain village 15 minutes drive from Blue Flag beaches, located in the region of La Marina Alta. Casa Concordia is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in old town center of village with mountain views. Set right in the middle of a cycling and walker's paradise, the location of this home couldn't be any better!
The house is fully equipped with all necessities, such as heating, wood stove, TV, washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kitchenware, linens.

It consists of ground floor with living room-kitchen, toilet and small patio with barbecue and two floors, each with 2 double bedrooms one with terrace and double bed and the other with balcony single beds. The two levels also have each separate shower room and bathroom with sink .

The house is equipped with barbecue, heating, air conditioning, wood stove, TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kitchenware, and all linens.

This beautiful village casa offers a spectacular spiral staircase that ascends the entire home. There are two lounges, one on the main floor, and another lounge on the first floor.

The municipal swimming pool is located about 300 meters from the house, 1 km. is the Cueva de las Calaveras and for lovers of gastronomy, El Temple is 50 metres away, and 4 km away is the Casa Pepa Restaurant, awarded with a Michelin Star.

The village is in fiestas during the first two weeks of August. During the first weekend of August, there is music and dancing in the square at night directly behind the casa.

Nous avons passés de formidables vacances en famille, entre mer et montagne, au calme et à la fois proche de toutes activités. La maison est conforme a l'annonce, elle est meme plus grande en vraie, petit bemol pour l'électroménager qui est un peu vieillissant, mais fonctionnel. La piscine municipale est top, grande et calme, un lieu de convivialité. Les propriétaires sont charmants et répondent présents si besoin, merci à eux !! Nous recommandons sans hésitation et espèrons revenir une prochaine fois!!

Nos gustó mucho la casa con el salón espacial , la cocina bien equipada, las 4 habitaciones con una vista impresionante a la montaña y el mar - las fotos no dan justicia a la casa, es mucho más bonito y con más luz que enseñan las fotos. La recomendamos!!

Me ha gustado mucho, todo perfecto, limpieza,acondicionamiento, ubicación, solo por poner un pero es que con niños pequeños hay que tener cuidado con la escalera de caracol, pero nos lo hemos pasado muy bien.La recomendamos.

Casa Concordia is a lovingly restored townhouse, in the heart of the mountain village of Benidoleig. Overlooking the valley and with views to the sea, Casa Concordia offers many options for your holiday. Set in the heart of the Segaria mountain range, walking and cycling are top-notch. If one just wants to relax on one of the blue-flag beaches of Denia, it is just a short drive away.

What makes this property unique

The views from the terraces are fantastic!!! Quiet mountain village with plenty of amenities to offer.. bars, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. The Cueva de las Calavares is 1km away, and makes a wonderful day of cave exploration.
