This fabulous new single level three bedroom modern villa in a sought after village location, has lovely views to the ocean, a sun terrace with a salt water swimming pool, a built in barbecue and an outside dining table for al-fresco meals.
There is an open plan fully fitted kitchen with a dining table for formal dining, opening to a comfortable sitting room having a television, wifi, and doors to the sun terrace.
All the bedrooms have king size beds, large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

TOP Haus ... mit nur einem Nachteil

Wunderschönes Haus - extrem sauber - mit modernsten Materialien, Küche ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünscht, drei tolle Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und separaten Aussensitzplätzen, zwei moderne Badezimmer, beheizter Pool mit Blick über das Meer, Aussenbereich mit 6 Liegen, Grill, Spüle und Aussendusche,... Einziger „Nachteil“ ist die Zufahrtsstraße in den Ort, welche ca. 3m unterhalb des Pools mit der Glasbrüstung verläuft.... In Summe hatten wir eine tolle Woche in der Villa Stella.

Great holiday

Fantastic modern villa, very clean and well appointed. Rod was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa for a lovely holiday in Madeira !

Fantastisch appartement

Soms lijkt een appartement op foto's veel mooier dan in werkelijkheid, dat is hier absoluut niet het geval. Het was eigenlijk nog mooier dan op de foto's! Heerlijke tijd hier gehad op een prachtig eiland in een accommodatie welke van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het zwembad was heerlijk op temperatuur en het "zoute" water valt echt reuze mee. Verder geweldige woonkamer/keuken, mooie slaapkamers en perfecte badkamers. Alles lekker ruim opgezet zodat je hier met zes personen (wij waren met vijf personen) prima uit de voeten kunt. Echt een aanrader voor wie lekker vakantie wil vieren op Madeira.

Moderne Luxusvilla zum Wohlfühlen

Madeira ist wirklich eine Reise wert und mit diesem schönen Haus wird der Urlaub perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Rod und Sibylle hat bestens geklappt, die Wegbeschreibung war super. Die beiden haben uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und das letzte Stück zum Haus begleitet. Vor Ort haben sie uns dann alles erklärt. Wir haben auch ein sehr großzügiges Willkommenspaket mit Obst, Wasser, Kekse, Bier und Wein bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür, auch für die Herzlichkeit, die wir in der Betreuung spürten. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Die Fotos sind nicht geschönt. Die riesigen Pluspunkte dieses Hauses sind der schöne Blick aufs Meer, der beheizte Pool mit Treppen (27 Grad sind herrlich), der großzügige Eingangsbereich, in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnbereich eine eigene Klimaanlage, gute Matratzen. Es sind auch die kleinen Details wie der Wasserspender im Kühlschrank oder die stimmungsvoll flackernden LED-Kerzen, die den Wohlfühlfaktor in diesem Haus noch steigerten. Wer gerne kocht, hat Freude am Induktionsherd und findet eine gut ausgestattete Küche vor. Das Haus hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz, dieser befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Er ist durch ein Tor abschließbar. Allerdings ist die Auffahrt sehr steil und da der Absatz sehr hoch ist, konnten wir mit unserem Kombi nicht reinfahren. Wir setzten zweimal auf. Kleinere Autos, die kürzer sind, haben nicht diesen „Wippeneffekt“. Rod versprach mit dem Eigentümer hierfür eine Lösung zukünftig zu finden. Das wird bestimmt geschehen. Und noch zuletzt: Die Lage des Hauses empfinden wir als super, denn die Wege zum Pingo Dolce Supermarkt oder auch zum Calheta Strand oder nach Rabaçal zum Wandern sind kurz. Es befindet sich jedoch unmittelbar an einer kleinen Straße, an der durch den Bauboom häufig Laster fahren. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus auf dieser traumhaften Insel verbracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Nice new villa with plenty of space on a good location

Communication with the agency was professional and smooth. Reception at location was good. We appreciated the small attentions in the fridge. The house is exactly as on the pictures: fresh, clean and spacious. Bedrooms are spacious with ample place to store your clothes. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, nothing missing. As a result, we had a relaxed time in a very comfortable place.

There is a variety of nice restaurants available within easy reach by car, most of them in Calheta marina. A few local bars can be reached on foot and a very well stocked Pingo Doce supermarket can be found at the seafront opposite the Calheta Beach Hotel.

Villa Stella is located in Arco da Calheta, an ideal starting-off point for island tours by car to the west and the north of the island as well as to many levada walks in the area. If you prefer a more relaxing way of getting to know the island, we can book you a mini-bus taxi tour around the island.
