Casa Capiciana is strategically located along the promontory of Capo Milazzo, an ideal place for excursions, diving, snorkeling and nature walks. The sea is within walking distance to c. to. 200 meters along a stairway you arrive at the uncrowded beach of Punta Rotolo characterized by shallow waters, it is an ideal point to discover the wonderful backdrops and caves on the beach. Punta Rotolo marks the beginning of a large area called Baia Paradiso, a long beach where you can enjoy the fascinating shades of the sea.

Along the numerous charming paths you can admire breathtaking views, natural landscapes rich in flora and fauna typical of the Mediterranean; at about 1.2 km there is the ancient fief of the Baronia with hectares of vineyards now managed by the Planeta Cellars (Mamertino DOC).

Walking for about 3 km in the direction of the Lighthouse, you can reach the splendid Venus Pools within the Punta Messinese nature trail - end of the Capo Milazzo promontory - which can be considered one of the most fascinating nature trails in Sicily for the beauty of the scenery it offers .

The bus stop is 650 meters away in the locality of Croce al Promontorio, the Milazzo castle is about 3 km away. The promenade and the center of Milazzo are c. to. 4 km.
