This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area next to a metro station (100m) and walking distance from the Acropolis and its new museum (300m). The apartment covers 95 square meters, it has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat screen tv and a dinner table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a table where you can sit and enjoy your lunch or dinner. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. At the living room there is a sofa which can turn into a double bed. Free wifi is available at the apartment. Finally there is lift access, central heating, air condition in all bedrooms as well as in the living room, water heater and double glazed windows.

Chris was very responsive and the check-in process was easy. The location is perfect for walking to all the major sights and we did not need a car. There are good restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen is not as well-stocked as other places we've rented, but did have the essentials and we found everything we needed to make a few meals.

It is a safe area to stay in the centre of Athens and ideal if you want to visit Athens on foot since all the important historic sites like Ancient Agora, Temple of Zeus, Acropolis museum, Plaka district, Monastiraki square, Syntagma square and other historical and cultural monuments are really close. Next to the apartment you can find many shops such as bakery, super market, grocery store, coffee shops and nice restaurants with traditional greek cuisine.
