This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area next to a metro station (100m) and walking distance from the Acropolis and its new museum (300m). The apartment covers 95 square meters, it has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat screen tv and a dinner table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a table where you can sit and enjoy your lunch or dinner. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. At the living room there is a sofa which can turn into a double bed. Free wifi is available at the apartment. Finally there is lift access, central heating, air condition in all bedrooms as well as in the living room, water heater and double glazed windows.

Great apartment in a great location
We stayed here for 5 nights with our two teens. It’s a small but very nice place centrally located in an inner city residential area. It’s very close to the Acropolis and other major tourist areas. We walked to most places even in the heat as you can usually find shade and can always duck into one of the many cafes and tavernas along the way. There are many places to eat near the apartment. Our favourite was a tiny place called Sphika which is on the same street. Lots is minimarts, a bakery and cafes too. The owner Chris was great to deal with and helped us when we needed it. All in all we had a great stay here and can highly recommend the apartment.

Best place to stay in Athens
We are so grateful for Chris and Zeta! Their home was perfect for our stay in Athens. The location is great--it's a short walk to the Parthenon and so many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was bigger than we were expecting. You should also check out their coffee shop, we went both days we were there. Check in was easy and he even helped us get a driver to and from--Even our driver went above and beyond to help us out. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Athens--We will definitely be back!

Great stay near Acropolis
Owners are amazing to help get taxis/rides set up to from airport. They also allowed us to store luggage at a nearby coffee shop. The building safe secure and has a lift. The second floor is an American 3rd floor but easy to determine. The apartment has great A/C that cooled off in a hurry when with high temps outside. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out after a long day exploring Athens. Easy walk to tourist spots and other neighborhoods. Coffee Central is highly recommended as well as Romatella pizza around the corner. We would stay here again if and when we return.

Die Wohnung von Chris ist toll gelegen, viele nette Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Akropolis ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Chris war schnell, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zu acht ausreichend Platz, die Wohnung war sauber und hatte mit den zwei Balkonen auch die Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Short stay on Athens
7 of us stayed 2 nights before we boarded a cruise in Athens. This apartment was in a great location and provided all with comfortable space to unwind. Chris was more than helpful with any question we had and also helped set up our transfer from airport and to port. Couldn’t recommend staying here more if you’re visiting Athens!

We needed to stay in Athens before our cruise. This place was conveniently located to the Acropolis and other great attractions for our short two day stay. We had the best meal at Sfika and breakfast at Coffee Central. The host Chris was very responsive throughout our stay. The place was very spacious for our family of four with two teenagers.

Sweet accommodations in the heart of Athens
We needed a place in Athens so that we could extend our stay beyond our cruise disembarkation. This apartment was perfect for our needs: it was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the AC functioned well, and we were just a few minutes' walk to the Acropolis, which was my top spot to visit. We didn't need much - just beds and the bathroom. Owners Chris and Zeta own the coffee shop across the street and we were able to leave our heavy suitcases there when we arrived - which was before check-in - for just a few Euros per bag. The communication by Chris was outstanding - not only did he answer my many questions, he also arranged for our transfers (from the cruise port and to the airport). If you're seeking a nice launching point to explore Athens, I'd highly recommend this place!

Tout était parfait!
Nous y avons séjourné une nuit mais c’était notre troisième séjour à cet appartement. Tout était parfait. Très bien situé. Le propriétaire Christ est très réactif à nous répondre. Il nous a offert de réserver pour nous les transferts aéroport-app. et app- aéroport. Excellent chauffeur! Merci Christ 👍 Nous avons souper au “Seawolf” qui se trouve juste à côté. Très bon restaurant, gentillesse du personnel, les plats sont excellents et il y a une très belle ambiance. Un très, très bon restaurant pour relaxer. Pour le petit-déjeuner nous sommes allés au “Coffee central” qui est aussi tout près. Un bon service, le double cappuccino 😋 et croissants très frais. Petites table dehors pratique lorsqu’il pleut. À retourner avec plaisir pour notre prochain séjour en Grèce. 💖

This property meet our needs. It was a basic unit, no frills. It was a bit more off the beaten path than i planned but we were able to navigate our way to the main areas just fine. It was close to the subway, which was nice.

Fantastic layout!!!! Super easy instructions. Owner was extremely proactive in prepping us for our arrival and giving us all the pertinent information we needed. Neighborhood was very pleasant. Tons of restaurant options and markets near by to meet our needs. Owner coordinated transportation fr airport and to cruise ship. We felt very safe and were able to relax. We walked to the Parthenon, several gardens and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to see the change of the Guards. Very special to us. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Couldn't have picked a better rental. Excellent communication with owners, so helpful. Always taxis on the corner to flag, so close to public transportation, restaurants, etc. A+++. So much better than being in a hotel! The airport pickup and return was a major plus as well. Owner even made a phone call for me when my service was on the blink! Dontlook elsewhere, this unit is exactly what you need!

It is a safe area to stay in the centre of Athens and ideal if you want to visit Athens on foot since all the important historic sites like Ancient Agora, Temple of Zeus, Acropolis museum, Plaka district, Monastiraki square, Syntagma square and other historical and cultural monuments are really close. Next to the apartment you can find many shops such as bakery, super market, grocery store, coffee shops and nice restaurants with traditional greek cuisine.

This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area, 100m from a metro station and 300m from the Acropolis and its new museum.
