This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse sleeping 8 people situated near a conservation area which includes a lake. The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All towels facecloths pool towels bedding , furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a basic startup of toilet rolls and hand soap provided in each bathroom for the first couple of days, there after it is the renters responsibility to ensure they bring enough toiletries to satisfy themselves past the first couple of days There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.



This townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort. This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse which can sleep up to 8.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower/bath. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.


Additional Information: All bedrooms have a tv.

In the lounge area to accompany the 42' HDTV is a DVD player .

The house is equipped to provide wireless internet throughout the property.

Condo was close to all entertainment. Pool was terrific, plenty of lounge chairs, bar and restaurant was awesome …5.00 personal size pizza on Thursdays is a great idea and delicious. The condo was comfortable, but needs some improvements such as outdoor furniture and replaced carpeting. We were impressed with all the start up goodies that were available to us, it was more than we expected

Overall a decent space but definitely needs new carpet upstairs as it was very worn and dingy. Also guests should be aware that you only get a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no dish or laundry soap so you need to being your own.

Great little Condo!
We came down to stay to take our kids to Disney. This Condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids age ranging from 7 to 15. We had plenty of space for all of us. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Just about 15 minutes away from the parks!

Nice place. Starting to show wear (Mattresses).But nice place. Full amenities in kitchen. Extra towels etc. 2 things. First the owners are in Englandso no communication with them. 2nd make sure to get 2 codes. One for the door to enter the apartment and another for the gate, to enter the community..Otherwise it was very nuce and id come back again.

This is a great property, for the price. It is clean but it is starting to look a little dated. There was rust in the main level bathroom sink. It still worked but it does detract from the overall look of the interior. But we like the property for its location to many amenities. The gated community has a very nice community building.

Nice place, clean, well supplied. No trouble check in and getting in gate and door. The only issue we had was we noticed our allergies started acing up? We checked the air filter and it appeared to need to be changed. Definitely worth the price!!

My husband and I stayed at the townhouse, but my adult children/grand-kids would come by to eat and we would meet there before going to the parks. There were great fireworks in Old Town on New Year''s Eve. The townhouse/neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Great house and location
We loved the property, the location was great for the parks, the longest distance to a Disney park was 16 minutes, Universal was about 25 minutes. We were next to Old Town and that area was great and the main road had every store or food we needed. The clubhouse on the property was great, the kids loved the pool and going in the clubhouse and playing games and pool. The only complaint of the house is the mattresses need to be upgraded, a bit squeaky and hard. The toaster was broken and the washer and dryer are small and can only hold small loads, it could use a facelift with some of the bedding and furniture. But honestly that didn’t make are stay less, it was clean, all my kids had beds and we had cable and streaming services. We would book again and would recommend it to anyone.

If you are going to Disney this is the place to stay! As soon as we walked in the door we could tell the place had been cleaned well. Ample space for our family and within 15 minutes to almost every single park. We will be back here to stay each and every time we come back to Orlando.

Loved the location of Regal Oaks. Ideal for WDW and Universal also short drive to International Drive and various other locations. Hosts Richard and Julie were very helpful with any queries prior to vacation starting and we were kept updated all the way. We had an issue with the small safe in the upstairs bedroom as numbers were input incorrectly, had to get in touch with the local property management team and they were there within half an hour and opened the safe, first class service. The onsite pool is ideal for a break in between park visits or retail shopping. You can get snacks and drinks at the pool and there is food at night in the clubhouse. Kissimmee Old Town is a few minutes walk from the property where there are restaurants and pubs with various entertainment this is also worth a visit if you have not been before. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent priced accommodation.

We needed a VRBO for our Disney trip. Went into it thinking “we just need a place to sleep, won’t be at the actual house for long” Although that was true - the place is just in rough shape. College dorm rooms have better mattresses.. furniture isn’t great, we had 6 guests and 1 coffee mug… etc. The small things you think won’t be annoying turned out to be annoying. If your living standards are low, and you want an inexpensive place to stay that is close to the parks, this is it If you require more self care, you’ll need to extend your budget. This is the perfect example of “get what you pay for”

Property was exactly as advertised and served our purpose well. We just had coffee and left for the parks all day, returning only to sleep. We didn't cook or use the pool, the furniture is worn, not fancy, but clean & comfortable. Would stay there again.

The condo was what we needed as far as sleeping arrangements, but very little supplies and outdated furniture. But it served the purpose of a comfortable place to sleep after a long day at the parks. 2days after we checked out I received a message asking what happened to the TV that was there when we arrived...that it had been swapped out. Somewhat accusatory. Thank goodness I had taken a picture of my kids with the TV in the background that was there when we arrived. Just weird

Great Location and Amenities
This was great for me, another mom, and my son’s basketball friends (15 years old). A lot of room, towels, and love that we had cable, central AC, and 3 bathrooms. Love that it was 5 mins from Old Town, food trucks, grocery store, etc. The kids appreciated the fact that they had a community pool, hot tub, and pool slide (have to be at least 48in). Definitely worth the money!

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).
