A lovely cosy quiet cottage away from the road up a little lane.
A lovely cosy quiet cottage away from the road up a little lane. Nearest shop is in Chalel-en-le-Frith The Pub just up the road only serves food on a Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday which is a shame so need to travel further for meals if you don't want to cook. Very good base for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful cottage in a stunning location.
A beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The cottage is absolutely terrific with a log burner which the kids loved. The garden is fully enclosed which was great for our miniature schnauzer. It’s located in between Castleton, Buxton and Miller’s Dale and is a great base for Mam Tor, Go Ape and abseiling. The bridleway which leads to Mam Tor and Castleton is next to the property and is a wonderful walk.
