There is a king bed, twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Perfectly situated on the 8th floor. Numerous amenities available. Extended stay

Great condo! Very clean and the host was able to get us in early. We stayed an extra couple of days due to some bad weather coming in and the host made sure we didn’t wait long. Beautiful condo great view! Communication from host was excellent!

Spring Break trip

We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for my mom and my 2 kids, age 4 and 9. They loved the bunk beds! Parking and check in was a breeze, had perfect directions from the owners. They are working on the building right now so peak times going to beach or pool was kind of long wait times for the elevators, but it was manageable. The condo was super clean and location was great. We had to hunt for the other pool across the street, so including instructions to navigate over to the other side would be helpful for future guests. We would definitely stay here again if visiting PCB again. Thank you!

Great location and condo

We chose this condo because of the great reviews and we have to agree that they were all correct! It’s our favorite location to stay and first time to visit this condo. The Phillips have a great condo that is very clean! The little extras were so nice from cute folded towels to beach toys and board games. Communication with owners was great as well. I appreciate the day before check in that had a reminder to print parking passes because I had forgotten. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect stay

Perfect location. Having the chairs and umbrella was a huge plus because we didn’t have to load up and tote our canopy and chair down every day. Love the proximity to Run Away Island.

Easy access to the beach and pools. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Also plenty of activities to do within walking distance!!

My daughter and I came down to Panama City for a short getaway. The location was great. The views were spectacular. The condo was perfect. Had everything you could want. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely come back!!

Great vacation spot to enjoy the beach.

Met a friend for the weekend here and it was a perfect place to stay. Hosts did a great job of communicating. Beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to have and enjoy. There was also some great sand toys and boards as well to use. Place was clean and cool inside and had an amazing view from the balcony. Everything we needed and a great restaurant within walking distance that we went to a couple times. Highly recommend!

23rd Anniversary

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! The master king bed was divine and I had the BEST sleep cuddled up in plush! The kitchen, even though we didn't cook, was stocked with everything you could ever need to prepare all meals in the room! Even had a small assortment of spices! The living room was so comfy with 2 recliners that I could have easily slept in! There were games to play for those rainy days and even really good books for the lazy days! The balcony furniture was excellent to sit in comfortably and watch the beautiful ocean!! Beach toys were also there for your enjoyment as well as beach towels for your use if you needed them! They truly incorporated a lot of thought and detail to this magnificent condo! I appreciate owners such as the Phillips actually caring about their place and trying to make it comfortable and inviting for their guests!! Definitely a winner in our book and hope to revisit real soon

Fabulous Getaway

We were so thrilled with our stay. The condo was right on the beach, spotlessly clean, well-stocked with towels, kitchenware etc. No issues at all, and lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Everything about this place was great! It was perfect for 2 retired people! We especially appreciated the beach chair service. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Views of the beach and sunsets were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again!

Mom and dad vacay

We wanted a relaxing stay at the beach and this place delivered! Beach front, beautiful ocean view condo! Perfect space for a get away. The place was clean and organized. They had clear instructions and everything we needed for our stay including wristbands for pool access, beach chair and umbrella reserved and easy to get at the beach rental. The patio was perfect to relax on. Tv in the living room and bedroom. Great water pressure in the shower. Perfect location for restaurants and shopping. Just overall amazing! The hosts were easy to work with and great communicators. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo

This is a nice condo. Decorated well, clean and cared for. Great view of the beach. We stay at emerald beach each year and this unit will be in our top three. Michael and sandra communicated all information very clearly and without any prompting from us. They were great to work with. I would recommend.
