New year farmhouse break

Relaxing time in countryside location close to the moors in Devon. Great venue for family reunion in quite beautiful Devon. The house was a spacious place to spread out inside, child friendly (not too fancy). Well appointed kitchen for family needs.
Stayed 7 nights in Jan 2024

Had a great week here with family.

Had a great week here with family. Unfortunately due to Covid one of our daughters and her husband were unable to come but had they been able to there was plenty of room. Geoff was very welcoming and helpfull. My grandson enjoyed a tour feeding the animals. A lovely out of the way farmhouse which we hope to return to as a whole family. We had a fabulous week.

We had a fabulous week. The farmhouse was beautiful, plenty of room for us all to spread out (9 adults & 1 dog). There was everything we needed and more importantly everything & more that my 80 year old disabled father in law needed. Wheelchair access throughout ground floor and excellent bathroom facilities. Geoff was lovely and welcome gifts were thoughtful and tasty! We intend to come visit again!

Wonderful stay, the accommodation had everything we could have asked for.

Wonderful stay, the accommodation had everything we could have asked for. Plenty of room and everything catered for, particularly for more senior people in our party. Welcome pack of food goodies was a great touch. Hosts were very welcoming and always checking everything ok, also took us on a tour of the farm to meet the animals and happy to answer all questions. Being in a farmhouse lovely and quiet location, easily accessible by main roads and never too far away from something to do should you need. Large garden with plenty of space to run around and very secure for the dogs so no need to worry about them chasing anything! Would definitely recommend.

Spent a wonderful week in late August at Dunley Farmhouse with family & friends, as a early birthday

Spent a wonderful week in late August at Dunley Farmhouse with family & friends, as a early birthday celebration. What a jewel! Geoff & Rebecca were wonderful hosts, not to mention the great food they prepared for us. The place was well kitted out and we didn't want for anything. It was great that we were able to feed the animals and had a tour of the farm. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Fantastic week at Dunley Farmhouse.

Fantastic week at Dunley Farmhouse. Geoff the farmer was brilliant with the boys taking them to feed the animals every morning. Nothing was too much trouble for Geoff and Rebecca. We will be returning.

Overall an excellent week.

Overall an excellent week. We really enjoyed it. We booked this size of cottage for all the family to get together but still have space if they wanted to be private (done). Grandchildren able to join in feeding the ducks and collecting the eggs (distinct bonus). Reasonable distance to beaches, close to local shops, and of course a very nice selection of country pubs.
