We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Bluebell Cottage.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Bluebell Cottage. It was clean, comfy and cosy. We felt very safe in the surroundings and it was ideal for our young dog. We were made to feel very welcome. The owners were available if we needed them, but not intrusive. We chose the location because of its proximity to Norfolk and Suffolk. It suited us because we were prepared to travel to see as much of the counties as possible in the time we had. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A very cosy cottage on a quiet road attatched to a dairy farm.
A very cosy cottage on a quiet road attatched to a dairy farm. Very peaceful though the nearby main road has easy access to local towns. We needed the change of scenery as my wife had recently had an opp for cancer and subsequent chemo and radio therepy so this was a complete change. Very little in the immediate area. We didn't see the owners as they were away, but very helpful when I spoke on the phone. We needed a quiet and peaceful break and this was it. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Hosts generous and warmly welcoming.
Hosts generous and warmly welcoming. Farm exciting, and we were invited into the farmyard to see a newly-born calf (geese saftely out of the way). "Jack" the farm terrier was fun and also loved welcoming and attention. The cottage was warm and contained everything we could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed that part of Norfolk (new to us) and the Suffolk coast (Southwold, Dunwich, Aldeburgy and Snape) and had a particularly good meal at "The White Horse" at Badingham. I'd recommend this holiday to anyone.

Chris and Jean were helpful and the cake was delicious. The cottage is comfortable for two people and a dog, the garden is quite tiny and there are only road walks close by. However, the cottage is convenient for days out and we had a great time.

A compact, homely and very comfortable cottage.
A compact, homely and very comfortable cottage. Ideal for couples, or with one child. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. Good heating and hot water. Well insulated too. The access is ramped, and the cottage all on one level, with nearby parking, which was perfect for 'her indoors' who has a mobility issue. Chris and Jean (the hosts) are so welcoming. The adjacent farm did not disturb us at all; although we were serenaded by the 'guard geese' occasionally. The farm dogs are lovable especially Jack who pottered round to check on us. We did not find anything we were missing which is a rarity.

Fantastic little cottage on a working beef farm.
Fantastic little cottage on a working beef farm. The only reason I haven't scored all 10's is that the WiFi signal can only be picked up in the bedroom & there wasn't any phone signal. However, it is the place to go if you want peace and quiet, even though it's close to the A143 you don't hear it. I've already recommended it and would happily return.
