We had a lovely break in October 2020. The cottage was well equipped with everything we could possible need. The extra information we received due to the Covid Restrictions were very useful and certainly put our minds at rest, we felt safe and comfortable with the extra steps taken during our stay. Although the cottage is remote (which is what we wanted) there is a pub and shop within walking distance. It has been noted by others that the Tv reception could be problematic, noting this we took our Amazon Firestick and using the free WiFi we had no problems at all. The views from the cottage and surrounding area were lovely. Many thanks to all concerned for making our stay enjoyable and safe. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage was very comfortable and clean.
The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable as was the sitting rooms. Although the tv didn’t work well, the WiFi did. I had my iPad and got Netflix and all the channels through that. The cottage is well fenced in, with plenty of ground ,so my dog was able to lie outside. There is a shop I walked to most days ,although shut on Sunday, it is well stocked and the staff were lovely. The area and scenery is the main reason for going and it didn’t disappoint. The beaches and hills/mountains were beautiful. Go up the steps at back of cottage through the gate and you can walk for miles within seeing a road. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This cottage and the area are something very special, a great place to recharge and relax, I have never been somewhere so beautiful, the landscape is truly breathtaking! The cottage is perfect, lots of space for me and the dog and what a woodburner for chilling out in the evenings.

A comfortable cottage, well furnished, especially considering the remote location.
A comfortable cottage, well furnished, especially considering the remote location. The coal stove took a bit of getting used to, but fortunately there were a couple of other heaters. The cottage is very dog friendly, with a secure garden and there are plenty of sandy beaches nearby.

Traditional cottage in an amazing location.
Traditional cottage in an amazing location. The cottage was as described, my only criticism is that it would have been more welcoming if there had been some kindling and logs to get the fire started as it was cold in May and the local.shops are closed on Sundays. But once we sorted the fire it was a great base for us and we enjoyed great walks.
