Located in Truckee, CA, this vacation rental is in close proximity to everything you'll need for a fun and relaxing retreat, no matter the season. Four major ski resorts are nearby, Donner Lake is seven miles away, and you'll be under a mile from grocery stores and a health food store. Historic downtown is under two miles away.

This bright and open space features wood floors and large windows, giving it a warm, inviting feel. The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area offers ample opportunity for family togetherness as you go about your day. In the cooler months, relax in the living room with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace while you watch the cable TV.

Make good use of the available WiFi this home offers and look for local restaurants or driving directions to all the attractions you want to take in during your stay. In the warmer months, take your favorite microbrew onto the private deck off the living room, and take in the sights and sounds of the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Enjoy the luxury of the king bed and en suite bath, featuring a Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower, in the primary bedroom. Your guests will sleep well on the queen bed in the second bedroom, and the kids will have a blast sharing a room that features a twin bunk set. Get as wet or sandy as you want because this home also has an in-house washer and dryer to keep your clothes fresh and clean.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
