This cozy home is located within walking distance to local restaurants, shops and 150 feet away from the Greenville system perimeter multi-use trail. Minutes from the local grocery store and laundry facility. Our home has 3 bedrooms, a full bath upstairs 1/2 bath downstairs, a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms, screened-in porch, deck with grill and small fire pit in back for enjoyable evenings. The area has many activities to offer including, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, boating, hunting and fishing, or just enjoying a relaxing time away.

Great location

The house worked really good for us, plenty of parking, very nice front porch, excellent access to ATV trails. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Great place, plenty of room and close to stores and restaurants. Will stay there again.

Booked for two nights but had a scheduling conflict but Kirby found us a place close by for night one. Second day in the unit was perfect and we will stay there again.

Amazing house and hosts!

The stay is perfect for anyone heading up that way. The location is absolutely perfect. Even after leaving the house with the four wheeler, we were able to just take a nice walk in greenvilles small downtown area. I would stay here every time I went up!

Wedding weekend in Greenville

This was the first time I had been up to Greenville. We booked this home earlier this year for a family wedding we were attending in Sept. The Host Kirby was quick to respond & accommodating. This home was charming & meant all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Greenville stay

Hosts were terrific-responsive and helpful. Property and home lovely and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen! Only small downside was temperature of second floor- fans certainly helped, but weather was uncooperative! Downstairs cool and conducive to a nap. Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay!

My stepdad and I stayed for 2 nights during the eclipse. It was the perfect refuge from the crowds. Kirby was also extremely communicative and helpful from the booking process until checkout. Prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was in great shape and we had a wonderful stay. Would 100/100 stay here again.

Perfect for our New Years' Getaway!

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend. The layout of the first floor was great for the 4 of us, and the large kitchen breakfast bar was our favorite hang out spot other than the comfy big couch! The location is really convenient to downtown as well as the recreational trail system. We had just enough show to get in some XC skiing, right from the house! The hosts were super accommodating, very communicative, and created such a welcoming environment.

Great Fall Vacation!

Homey, great location and all we needed

We lived this home and the owners were particularly easy to talk to and communicate with. It is an older home (owner grew up there!) but has nice, comfortable touches. We were there in June so did not have any problems with temperature. There were just two of us. We had booked a boat tour locally and could walk there . Great town with friendly people.

This home was very nice and spacious. We were there in late September so it was on the cooler side. There was a little fake fireplace that was very nice and worked well. The living room furniture was very comfortable but I was very disappointed there was no king sized bed as stated in the amenities. This was a main factor in choosing this property.

Great Basecamp/Gathering Place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect base camp for our group as we explored the region. We did a lot of hikes and attempted kayaking, but many of us liked having the option of just walking into town for breakfast or the newspaper. the kitchen is well appointed and large enough to host others for meals. So seven of us ate dinners around the large kitchen bar counter. The beds were super comfy. Fans for each up stairs bedroom kept us cool. Kirby, the owner was very responsive - giving us info about WiFi (very steady and serviceable) - check in/ check out info, laundry etc. home as I write this, I wish we were back!

Perfect location!

Great location for everything the Moosehead Lake region has to offer. This home was comfortable and cozy; it had plenty of room for our family of four. This rental had lots of extras: large sun porch, deck and fire pit in the back yard, a roomy couch and large tv, updated bathrooms and comfortable beds and bedding.

Nice visit to Moosehead Lake

Great location in the center of town. We stayed in Greenville for a couple days for fishing and going on a moose tour. Had a great stay. Very clean home.
