Wonderful host. We arrived to a clean and already air conditioned apartment adorned with some treats for us to enjoy. Neighborhood was central by bike to both downtown Erie and Presque Isle. Appreciate the animal friendly rules. Would stay again without a doubt.
This apartment is a block from a bluff overlooking Lake Erie. The accommodations are in an old vintage house so be prepared to deal with that. Property Manager very accommodating to our concerns. On street parking only with this apartment. Eight steep front steps to reach front door. There is a side entrance but up a steep grade also. Otherwise, it was satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.
Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area who enjoys warm, comfortable, easy living. Your hostess is delightful and well versed about the house and the community. Location is central to the area and easy to get to. Five stars warranted in my wife and my opinion!

Great place to stay!
This property in Erie was a great place to stay for our weekend away. Anastasia has a wonderful rental property, and she supplied us with information about nearby attractions. The property is close to shopping, the peninsula, Waldameer Park, and various restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Good location
We enjoyed our stay, the location was excellent as it was close to downtown and the bay. We enjoyed the hiking trail as you could walk to the downtown bay area if you wished. As advertised, the home does not have air conditioning except in the bedroom. It was quite warm when we were there but that didn't detract from our visit. The apartment was clean and more spacious than expected. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us.

Lovely, quiet property
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating and provided us with great snacks and ideas for restaurants within the area. The property is very nice and spacious and is centrally located for waterfront access. It is located one block from the top of the bluffs above Lake Erie and has a comfortable paved path for walking and beautiful sunsets. The property is also a short drive from Presquile State Park where there is swimming, boat rental, wildlife and more gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely return to this lovely place.
