About this property

This coastal property is just 100 yards from the sand dunes and offers ground floor facilities.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, French Doors Leading To Garden
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating included.. Perfect for a relaxing break, these two lovingly converted barns, with countryside views from the bedrooms, nestle peacefully on the national nature reserve at Saltfleetby, just 100 yards from the sand dunes and 15 minutes’ walk from the coast at Rimac and Saltfleet. Cosy, comfortable and enjoying their own individual gardens, they offer a delightful holiday base on the fringes of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
Cloverleaf (ref E4440) has an open plan living/dining room with dining table, sofa, armchair and French doors opening to the garden. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
Bird watching, walking, cycling on quiet country lanes, and seal watching at Dona Nook are all popular activities here, and the gloriously unspoilt coastline’s quaint seaside resorts such as Sutton on Sea and Anderby Creek are well worth exploring, whilst Mablethorpe and Skegness provide plenty of family fun. Pretty market towns (nearby Louth is a real gem), antiques hunting in Horncastle and racing at Market Rasen are all within an easy drive as is the city of Lincoln with its cobbled streets, castle, cathedral and famous Christmas market. Shop and pub serving food 1 mile.. Both properties: Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (at cost) (shared). Fenced garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking. No smoking.

Beautful place, nice cottage, friendly owner
If you want somewhere quiet and teeming with wildlife this is a wonderful spot. The accommodation is compact but very tidy and comfortable and with a pleasant little garden at the front. I had a fantastic week here.

Cloverleaf is a delightful, well equipped cottage, and was a wonderful, peaceful escape.
Cloverleaf is a delightful, well equipped cottage, and was a wonderful, peaceful escape. The owners thought of every comfort, including delicious homemade scones and jam to welcome us. Watching the local wildlife (deer, foxes, rabbits and many birds), from the cottage, was a joy! It was a real wrench to leave, and return to reality!
