Fabulous house in a peaceful location with marvellous views.
Fabulous house in a peaceful location with marvellous views. As there were only two of use, we didn't need to use much of the facilities in this large property which must be great for a large groups gathering. Our only (very minor) grip was the lack of specific directions relating to the closure of the road to the cottage. If we hadn't ignored the many Road Closed signs and followed the diversions, we would have gone miles and ended up facing yet another closure. As the road has been closed since February, a mention of this would have been nice. Otherwise, a great place for a lovely holiday. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Our party of 7 had a wonderful few days at Heol Llygoden, the cottage is full of character, really comfortable and well positioned for walking. Comfortable beds and great views from both sides of the house. It was lovely to have use of the wood burner and access to supplies of wood for cosy nights in! The kitchen really well equipped with plenty of extra plates, glasses, cooking implements, pots and pans as well as an extra fridge and freezer in the boot room. We loved having tables in both the kitchen and living room more than big enough for everyone to sit around. Everything was very clean, the bathrooms felt quite new and the large boot room was really useful for drying out our wet stuff and keeping the rest of the house mud free.
