A lovely wee place away from tinsel towns. Owner very attentive, and on hand. Decorations were sparse, but delightful, not over done and commercial.

Excellent location. Excellent hospitality.
Hosts Bruce & Sally were very friendly & knowledgeable about the surrounding area, which was a great help. We enjoyed our stay and have rarely found anywhere as peaceful. Yet the village is only half a mile away with pubs, restaurants and shop.

Great and helpful owners. The cottage is in a great, quiet and dark skies location. Good food in the pubs and very good local walks. Look out for the sand martins nesting bank on the river!
