Dissatisfied

Communication poor, cottage small, no WiFi, TV package poor, lack of comforts ie : old formal couch, rained for 2days so stuck in at night, neighbours parked too close so we had to park on grass. Local amenities closed ie restaurant /Hotel 🙃

Wonderful, quirky and definitely cosy little cottage in a superb location. Not many local facilities, but the local ice cream shop (conveniently jut a few seconds walk away) is excellent!

It was cosy, but for people who don't have to cook at home.

It was cosy, but for people who don't have to cook at home. Cooking was for us impossible. We had to go out for a meal every day. And also no cooked breakfast. We had to spend extra money we didn't expext to do so.

Clean and warm lovely little cottage

Lovely little cottage warm and comfortable. Kitchen only really suitable for doing cold meals and toast. No toilet upstairs and have to be carefully coming down stairs if half asleep! Bed comfy shower worked well. Everything very clean.

Fabulous location with a dog - walks on beach morning and night were to die for.

Fabulous location with a dog - walks on beach morning and night were to die for. Many comments say this accommodation is too small but that's why it's a cosy cottage - had everything from home to home and more - our dog loved the treat box !! 2 pubs in the village were full of friendly locals and only short drives to Cockermouth and Keswick. Would definitely return
