Our recently decorated open plan split bedroom single family home is situated in Lely overlooking the 5th Green on the Hibiscus Golf Course.
Relaxing in the 1800 sq ft of outdoor space you can marvel at the sounds of the wildlife - birdsong, cane frogs, ducks, storks and egrets as they come to visit the water area between us and the golf course which can be viewed from our Lanai.
Our large kidney shaped pool is heated to 85 degrees all year round.
For alfresco cooking our outdoor kitchen comes complete with BBQ and rotisserie. For your convenience there is an outdoor fridge and bar enabling cocktails to be enjoyed whilst you sit and watch the sunset.
It's all about outdoor living but if you want a cosy night in the house has a formal dining area for 6.
The main focal point within the house is the large open plan magnificent Professional Chefs kitchen. Fully equipped with enough crockery for 12 people. Granite work surfaces, double stainless steel fridge and freezer with ice maker and plenty of cold strorage. Additionally there is a bottled water cooler so there is always refreshing tasty water available. Stainless steel dishwasher and plenty of storage cupboards.
From the kitchen is a view of the large and airy open plan lounge with seating for 6 people, a large wall mounted TV, Chromecast, and Wifi.
Situated on the west side of the house is the master suite with walk in closet, separate shoe closet and large closet with extra hanging space. The duel aspect patio doors open onto the patio with views of the pool and 5th fairway.
The fully fitted master bathroom has an oversize shower with grab rail and duel sinks.
On the east side of the house are 2 guest bedrooms both with large closets. These bedrooms are newly painted and have new furniture, new king size mattresses, new bed linen and towels. One has a smart TV. They share a bathroom with jacuzzi tub and overhead shower.

The nearest supermarket is Publix and is only a 2 minute drive away. Naples 5th Ave, the famous 3rd Street and Tin City are less than 10'minutes drive. Marco Island is 10 minutes and in a further 30 minutes you are in The Everglades. There is so much to see and do one visit will not be enough.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Wonderful Location
We had a fabulous stay! It's convenient to everything in Naples and in a gorgeous, quiet neighbourhood. The house is immaculate, beautiful and has all the comforts of home! The beds are very comfortable, the baths are huge, the kitchen is fully equipped and the pool area with its outdoor kitchen is fantastic. Ann and Gill are perfect hosts. Dream Home!! Amaziing vacation
We loved this property! The outdoor living space is amazing. We enjoyed cooking and dining outside and our children loved the pool. The inside of the home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The home is located in a great neighborhood. I can't wait to go back!

Great Winter Getaway
We have stayed in several vacation rentals in the past and this was the best one yet. The home is very comfortable and the location convenient. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool daily. Gill and Ann are wonderful hosts. When the AC stopped working they had someone there to fix it right away. I would highly recommend this lovely home for your Naples vacation.

Perfect getaway
We just returned from this home and would love to go back. The home is in a perfect location. Close to beaches, golf, shopping, fishing, and boating and numerous restaurants. The house is clean and spacious and has all the amenities we needed. We spent a great deal of time in the pool and outdoor living space. The owners were very easy to work with and responded promptly. A wonderful home away from home
We stayed for 13 days over the Christmas holidays and had a lovely stay. Ann & Gill were exceptional hosts - proactively communicating with us throughout the process, leaving the exterior lights on for us once they knew we would arrive after dark, and the snacks and drinks they left for us on arrival were SO appreciated since we had not had time to make it to the store. The home is so spacious and was perfect for hosting local relatives for a Christmas Eve dinner. I highly recommend this home if you are ever looking for a place in Naples.

Great Extended Getaway
Ann & Gill were the perfect hosts. Very responsive and helpful! The location of the house is south Naples not far from Marco Island, Tin City and 5th Ave. Also about 30 minutes to Vanderbilt beach and 40 minutes to Bonita Springs. Just a great location. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was clean, beach chairs provided and pool was warm on chilly days. Ann & Gill, thank you for memories of a lifetime at your wonderful home.

Holiday Getaway!
My family and I really enjoyed Ann & Gill’s home! It was very spacious and the pool is much larger then some in the area. The pool warmed up to 89 degrees, which was perfect for my oldest son and wife who love really warm pools. The house is about 3 miles from Naples beach and downtown area. We had most of our dinning from the area delivered and used Instacart for all of our grocery needs. Ann & Gill were extremely responsive when I had a question or needed anything. If you are looking to get out of the cold and relax, this house is the place to stay!

Wonderful house, lovely hosts.
We (2 adults, 7 year old son) spent a week in October 2016 in this real beautiful house. It's located directly at a golf couse, so the view is beautiful and it's perfectly quiet. The house itself is bright and appealingly equipped. Three bed- and two bathrooms give room for 6 people. Technically it is up-to-date and it is clean as a new pin. The pool is spacious and warm. The hosts Ann & Gill respond to any question immdiately and are very friendly and helpful. To keep a long story short: it's the perfect place to spent a few relaxed and comfortable days under the Florida sun.

369 Hidden Valley Drive, Lely
The house is beautiful and has all that you need for six adults. Although the area had lots of trees damaged during the recent hurricane it was still a very beautiful part of Naples and all the main shops, bars, beaches, and restaurants are no more than 10-15 minutes drive. Even the Everglades only takes 40 minutes to get to. Ann and Gill's house is really well equipped and we made good use of the outdoor cooking area next to the pool. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen has every utensil you will ever need, especially a dishwasher. This was a great find, and if we ever decide to go back to the Naples area, we will most certainly consider renting this house again. Peter Kavanagh 1st to the 15th October 2017.

Beautiful home!
My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home Feb and March 2018. February in Naples set record highs of mid 80's to our delight and we enjoyed the 85F temperature of the lanai pool. Overlooking the 5th hole on the Hibiscus golf course was scenic and entertaining. The home is an openly designed ranch with bedrooms on both ends and great room with dining, kitchen, living room in the middle. Well stocked with amenities such as bicycles and everyday pantry needs. Very clean and well-manicured yard done weekly and pool maintained by a professional service was an added bonus. Ann and Gill made contact weekly to make sure everything was going well. The few problems we did encounter were taken care of by their management property agents. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

A gorgeous home in a beautiful location
We had a wonderful time staying in Ann and Gill’s property. It has the ‘wow’ factor when you walk in the door. It’s impeccably clean (and I’m a perfectionist about cleanliness). It has very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen, and a sumptuous huge sofa to sink into, aswell as thick cushioned seats for sun loungers outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could wish for, the bathrooms have large walk in shower or bath with shower overhead and there are plenty of fresh towels. The star of the show for us was the beautiful pool, we spent many hours outside dipping in and out, relaxing on the patio and watching the abundant wildlife (many different birds, geckos, squirrels, ducks)! It is so quiet, the stunning view overlooks a well kept golf course with a stream running through. Ann and Gill are exceptionally kind and respond to queries straight away. Their communication is clear and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend their home, and we are already working out when we can return!

Tropical Paradise
We rented this house in February, 2022. From the minute we arrived, we felt at home. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything. We enjoyed our time here so much and cannot wait to return. We love Naples!!!! Next time we will be staying longer. Ann and Gill were so helpful and answered any questions we may have in a very timely manner. We love to bike and walk and there were endless places to explore. The real-life Pleasantville.
The house and property was MORE beautiful than shown. The house AND the neighborhood was absolutely perfect! The responsiveness of the owners were timely with all of our questions, even though they were in a different time zone, which we were very appreciative of. The house has everything you would need. Some of the utensils /pans were burned or damaged from previous guests, but they had extras, so was not an issue at all. The beds were comfortable, the pool was spotless (and heated), the property was well cared for, location was great to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc...and I would not hesitate to book this place again....you can thank me later.

Lely Vacation
The property is very nicely located convenient to many places in the greater Naples area. The pool, deck, and patio are awesome! We enjoyed swimming and relaxing there daily while watching the golfers during the day and taking in the sunset late in the day. The house is in good condition and well maintained. However, we did have a couple of concerns. When we made the reservation, there appeared to be a TV in most, if not all, of the bedrooms and the family room in the photos. However, there was only 1 TV in the family room when we arrived. There were cable jacks in each room, but the TV system was switched to a streaming device. Although this wasn't a major issue, we all had to agree on what to watch which wasn't easy when our sons and their spouses came to visit. We enjoy cooking and we were disappointed in the quality of the cookware and utensils. The kitchen was beautiful with plenty of work space but was seriously lacking in pots, pans, quality sharp knives, and bakeware. Other than these concerns, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and would return should a compatible rental date come open.

Wonderful house with everything you need and a sunset every night!
We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and has everything you could need from a very comfortable bed to a great shower. The standard of the property is very high with a great kitchen with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers were used a lot on the great beaches in Naples. The house is on a very quite street and the pool backs onto a golf course with lots of wild life and golfers. We spent many an hour just watching and feeling relaxed. We spent many nights eating outside by the pool and watching the amazing sunsets. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely be returning.

Tolles Haus! Einfach klasse!
Das Haus ist wundervoll. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben und fotografiert war. Das ist Haus ist super ausgestattet und ist für Familien super geeignet. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Ganz besonders sind die Vermieter zu erwähnen, die sehr sehr nett sind und auch während des Aufenthalts immer ansprechbar waren und sehr bemüht waren, dass wir uns wohl fühlen! Ann and Gill’s home was nothing short of perfect! Great location too!
There are always surprises when renting a vacation home, some good, some not so good. For us, we couldn’t have picked a nicer home to spend 3 wonderful weeks. Ann & Gill were in contact at least once a week to insure we had everything we needed as well as a book of ideas there at the home. We are from the UK & one visit to Naples was all it took for us to fall in love with this fabulously beautiful part of Florida. Being avid golfers Lely was the perfect second home choice for us with an abundance of courses in close proximity.
We have family in the USA so rather than a tiring flight to England a short flight to Fort Myers or Miami is ideal for them to join us in our paradise.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!
Our home is close to Naples town centre, beaches, golf courses, Marco Island and the Everglades.
Waking up and watching the sunrise then later enjoying a cocktail and seeing the magnificent sunset are sights we will never tire of.

What makes this property unique

It's peaceful, private and stunning inside and out. The open plan lounge, dining room & kitchen took our breath away when we first saw it. It makes you go 'Wow' on entering. The magnificent Chefs kitchen is well equipped, spacious and a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor kitchen, patio and pool area are a delight to entertain & relax in and soak up the sights & sounds of the wildlife and warmth of the subtropical climate of Naples.
There is so much to see and do one visit wont be enough.
It is our home from home.
