Cromer town centre has a wealth of shops, cafés, restaurants, the Amazona Zoo, Royal National Lifeboat Institution Museum, an 18-hole golf course and pier. The neighbouring coastal town of Sheringham is only 4 miles away and offers a beach, Splash Leisure Pool, The Poppy Line steam railway, cliff top golf course, shops, cafes and restaurants. Blakeney Quay is 13 miles away, whilst Holkham Hall and beach is 23 miles away. The property is within an easy drive of the RSPB Bird and Nature Reserves at Cley, Morston and Blakeney.
