In a 17th century town house completely renovated in 2018, we offer the rental of 3 furnished cottages located in the city center with lots of charm and all comfort.
- there is a cottage of 28m² without garden for two people with a living room + bedroom + bathroom.
- there is another cottage of 35m² without garden for two to four people with a living room + bedroom + bathroom.
- And another gite on the garden side of 24m² for two people with a living room + bedroom with shower room.

Chaque escapade est unique. Carnac, ses mégalithes, ses circuits à travers la forêt. La pointe de Quiberon secouée par le vent. Pluie et beau soleil. Le plaisir des contrastes. Le sanctuaire de Sainte-Anne d'Auray.

Hübsches Apartment etwas unterhalb des Straßenniveaus. daher im Sommer angenehm kühl. Die Vermieterin war sofort zur Stelle, als der Elektroherd nicht direkt funktionierte.

La baie vitrée qui sert de porte d'entrée n'avait pas de serrure, dommage pour le sentiment de sécurité( seule la porte de la cour se fermait à clé). Pas de volets ou de rideaux occultants alors qu'il y avait des fenêtres donnant sur la cour, dommage pour l'intimité. De plus, tapage nocturne jusqu'à 4 h00 du matin dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche. Sinon l'appartement était très bien .

Malgré une météo capricieuse pour un mois de juillet nous avons beaucoup apprécié Auray et les alentours , le golfe du Morbihan, les spécialités, les coquillages et crustacés, les paysages et sites touristiques comme Carnac et ses dolmens où le flot de touristes était raisonnable.

Propriétaire très réactive et agréable, appartement très bien agencé et idéalement situé. Si j avais une remarque à formuler ce serait sur le manque de rangement pour l'alimentaire. Je recommande cependant cet appartement plein de charme.

Funktionelle Stadtwohnung
Die Wohnung ist klein 28qm. Es ist aber alles da was man in einer Wohnung braucht. Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, etc. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Alle interessanten Plätze, Altstadt, Hafen, Markt in Auray sind fussläufig gut eŕeichbar. Öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Mit Sophie hat alles problemlos geklappt. Beim Einchecken hatten wir das Geld für die Kaution nicht dabei - sie wirde uns einfach erlassen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sophie qui nous a donné de très bons conseils de visite. L'appartement très fonctionnel et bien décoré se situe dans un quartier calme du centre d'Auray. Commerces, restaurants et parking à proximité.

L'appartement est bien situé, pas loin du centre ville qui est très sympa et vivant.
L'appartement est bien propre, pratique, facile à entretenir. Il y a tout pour avoir un séjour agréable. L'accueil est chaleureux avec des petites attentions pour faire notre séjour confortable. Je le recommande.
