Very nice cabin on Mullet Lake, 140 ft of lake frontage, 100 ft of dock, 24x24 sun deck on the end of the dock, 4800 lb hoist for your own boat.

Pontoon Rentals on the lake, there are 4 pontoon rentals. ( Just ask, they will give you all the info)

The cabin has been extensively renovated inside/out, new carpeting & Flooring, new all season porch with a beautiful summer kitchen. Enjoy your meals with a wonderful lake view.

Cabin on the lake near bike trails.

The cabin was comfortable for 2 couples. The lake was nice, chairs near the lake for sitting. The property was close to bike trails that we rode while in the area.

Grandview Beach

We had a wonderful week. The property had everything we needed to enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful boat dock with hoist, kayaks, walking trails nearby, fire pit and plenty of firewood. House had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful setting

We all loved the cozy cottage and the beautiful views. Dee was wonderful and if you needed anything they are there to help. We definitely hope to come back up and stay.

Relaxing getaway

We had an amazing time! Everything and anything is at your finger tips. Cabin was clean and very roomy for our group. Kids had so much fun, they want to come back. The couple thar rented to us were so great on answering any questions. Highly recommend coming to the lake.

Mullet Lake getaway

The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The cabin is as stated in the listing. It has 2 separate living areas, great for 2 families. There was a lot of chairs/furniture. A lot of throw rugs which can be a trip hazard for some people. Linens could use some updating. But it has all that you need, fully stocked kitchens. We had a very nice time. We didn’t really use the outdoor area because the weather didn’t cooperate, but they had everything you would want to enjoy a northern Michigan lake getaway. We would definitely stay there again.

Mullet Lake Getaway

Property was as listed very spacious had everything you would need. Was big enough to accommodate more than my wife and I. We basically used the back kitchen living area bedroom and bath. There were two more bedrooms another living area, kitchen and bathroom. Could comfortably sleep 8 more adult guests if needed. The yard was large nice deck bbq for either gas or charcoal. Boat hoist and nice dock. Great fishing on the lake we caught some nice walleye and perch. We enjoyed our stay and would return for another getaway.

Family Fishing Trip

This was a perfect place for our family. We had four adults and three kids. The yard is nice and big and the dock was awesome so we could rent a boat. Such a great family vacation.

Disappointed Vacation.

Pictures of property were not as shown in Vrbo ad. Much more furniture made it feel cramped and messy. Property was not actually lake front, it set back from the water quite a distance. Amenities said it had satellite tv, we could only get 3 channels. Amenities said they had internet/Wi-Fi and they didn’t have any. Things that are important to us when we travel are lakefront, air conditioning, satellite and internet/Wi-Fi. We were so disappointed we left early and filed a complaint with home owner.

Northern paradise

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the cottage. It was clean and spacious. The pictures didn't really do it justice. The lake frontage is much longer than expected with views that inspire awe. I can't wait to visit again.

June vacation

The cabin was so well stocked and spacious. The lake was beautiful. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing in the water. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend Grand Beach Cabin to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Mostly good.

The house has tons of character and great functional space. It has two bathrooms which was great for a large group plus a washer and dryer. The landlord was very available by message, phone or in person and was very friendly. It does sit back further from the water than expected. There are multiple beds which fit our group well but the beds were not comfortable and the bedding was old and didn’t fit the beds well. It is important to us to sleep comfortably while on vacation.

Overbooked, he called me and let me know when we were 2 hr away.

Never stayed. Owner called us and said he keeps 2 sets of books and that I slipped through the cracks. We were 2 hours away from property when he called me to let me know he had over booked us. We had to find somewhere else at last minute which he did provide us a name of a place. Was definitely not as nice and cost alot more.

Great family vaca

Nice camping feel in the this cute lodgy cottage. Lots of space and the two combine kitchens were a great bonus. Lots of parking and and huge waterfront with a big dock. Fire pit and wood. Really lost anything you need. Mike is a great host and responsive. Will likely book again for next year

Perfect spot for a fishing trip

Mullett Lake Marvel

This property is the epitome of a well-kept Northern Michigan cabin. It was very clean and had all of the necessary kitchen essentials to make our stay comfortable. Michael and his wife even had firewood in the firepit ready for us upon our arrival in the early evening. Michael's response time was always immediate and accurate. The cabin itself is certainly large enough for two couples as it has plenty of sleeping space and two, individual living and kitchen areas. By design, it would be great for a large group as well and has ample room outside, including the easily accessible dock (which we used on our voyage through the Inland Waterway). Very pleased with our decision to stay at this property.

Great weekend on Mullet lake

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was cute and cozy. It worked out great having pretty much 2 living areas because our teens occupied one and the adults occupied the other end. The dock is huge and great place to hang out also and enjoy the water. Would definitely go back
