Approached along a private track and nestled within 10 acres of farmland, this wonderfully located, detached cottage sits in a peaceful location with impressive countryside views. Perfectly positioned for touring, it is easily reached from the M50, yet quietly located 3 miles from picturesque Newent and the Royal Forest of Dean.
Marshalls Farm is just 14 miles from Malvern with its hills and theatre, 10 miles from the ancient cathedral and historic docks of Gloucester, and approximately half an hour’s drive from Cheltenham’s festivals and excellent shopping. A Vineyard is also close by The cottage is within easy reach of the picturesque Wye Valley, including Tintern Abbey and Symonds Yat. There is good walking in the area, May hill with its wild horses ,beautiful views of the severn and wales is 10 minute drive or 30 min walk ,canoeing on the Wye, mountain biking in the forest and horse racing at Cheltenham and Hereford. Horse riding available nearby. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

The surrounding fields are out of bounds as they are used by the neighbouring farmer to graze his cattle. However, there is a bridal path at the end of the cottage drive which leads onto beautiful woodland walks.
