The accommodation, overlooking a quiet side street in the center of Civitanova Marche, a few steps from the sea and a few meters from the main square, the hub of social life in the country, offers every comfort for a pleasant stay: free wifi, air conditioning and a kitchen fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, flat-screen TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
