Cottage with lots of potential but needs TLC

Speaking to the owners is very difficult, I had no response from several texts, phone calls and voicemails. We met the owner on takeover night, she gave us the key and directed us to the way in. Around the side of the cottage overgrown with dhrubs. She didnt come in. The layout of the cottage is great but it really does need a deep clean. There is everything you need for a few days away but it all needs a general update. The garden is on quite a slope up some steps, which have plants and shrubbery over growing them. The gate at the top of the garden leads to a great field which my dog loved. Garden furniture needs replacing not a piece thats not broken, the rotary drier also needs updating. We did have a lovely peaceful break and thd cottage is in a nice central location. the key
