LOCATION: Great location! Country Club Estates is an excellent community in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Just four blocks from the beach and boardwalk and only two blocks to Rehoboth Ave.
PARKING: Private driveway for one car.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower with hot water, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, ceiling fans, and electronic keypad for easy check-in.
THINGS TO KNOW: Cable TV is provided in the living room ONLY, smart TVs are in the bedrooms for HULU and Apps, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. *No cable TV in bedrooms. There is no grill. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice stay

Clean and well appointed. Made our dog comfortable. Close to upper Rehoboth ave. Long walk to the beach. Permits came in handy for parking. Limited outdoor space- enjoyed small deck.

Very Nice! Perfect! 🐾

This house was perfect for our family and couple of day visitors and our fur baby. It was clean and it was updated! The kitchen was stocked with everything. They even have some dog supplies if needed. Plenty of space and great location. We brought our bikes and could be anywhere in Rehoboth in five minutes. We love the neighborhood; Quiet with little traffic. We also liked how we could check in by just going to the house and using the entry code. The AC was also great! We had access to control the temperature. They also have Kan Kare which is a trash and recycling valet that takes care of getting cans to and from the curb. Everything about this place added to our perfect week vacation!

Just an “OK” property

Good location and general space overall. Layout is a bit awkward and the second bathroom is a tiny half bath in one of the bedrooms. Furniture, fixtures and overall aesthetic are dated and the house has a strong musty smell. On our last night the toilet handle in the main bathroom broke making the toilet unusable. When we inquired with their emergency line they told us to make our group of six adults use the private toilet located INSIDE of someone’s bedroom as they refused to come out to fix it. We had to fix it ourselves as best we could which is very subpar service for a rental agency, especially one overseen by a realty company. We enjoyed Rehoboth as always but won’t be staying here again.

As advertised but not quite right for us

This is the 5th year my family of 4 adults and 3 dogs has rented but first time in this house. We choose this house to because it would be easier for the human w/ knee problems and the arthritic dog, and had the requisite features (BRs, dishwasher and good kitchen, washer/dryer, wi-fi, and a decent sized table). The kitchen was well stocked (dishware, utensils, glassware), but the stove hood light didn't work, kitchen lighting was poor, the coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned all season, there were what appeared to be urine stains on 2 of the mattress pads, and the carpet in the small bedroom was filthy. And it turned out we really missed having a screen porch. And it would have been nice to have a bigger table that could manage a jigsaw puzzle in progress on one end and dining on the other end. Other than the cleanliness, it met expectations, but not aspirations.

The living space was nice, bedrooms were good sized. We were disappointed with the AC malfunction, limited lighting in the kitchen and almost non-functioning ice maker. There were six of us, so maybe the ice maker just couldn't keep up. The location was convenient to the shops and the beach. We had a nice time.

Wonderful spot for a family trip to Rehoboth Beach

We came for a week-long visit in early July 2023, and this was the perfect spot for our family's vacation! The house was clean, well laid out, and extremely comfortable. We had a general itinerary before we came, but the information packet had lots of recommendations and ideas for things to do and places to eat. We made lots of use of the excellent selection of board games in the closet. The location was ideal for us. We were extremely close to the town, easy to grab a bite to eat or (most importantly) a morning cup of coffee. It would be hard to get any closer to the Dogfish Head. The Silver Lake playground was a hidden gem with excellent shade. The bridge over the lake gave us a look at dozens of turtles, which the kids--and childish adults--got a real kick out of. The beach and boardwalk were about a 15 minute walk, but it would be closer to 10-12 minutes without an easily-distracted seven-year-old. The town in general is perfect for the families, lots of stuff geared toward young families. Funland is a gem for the young kids, lots of rides that the 3-year-old could enjoy. If that's not what you're here for, don't let it scare you off - there is plenty for the grown-ups to enjoy as well. Fun bars, good coffee, very nice dining, easy walkability--really, anything you could ask for. We can't wait to be back!

Great Location!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. You can walk to boardwalk. Close to all the restaurants etc. Dog friendly, small back yard area for dog. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Check in was easy. Stocked with everything we needed.

Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and well equipped inside for everything you need. Exactly as advertised, couldn't be happier. Great access to beach and boardwalk and beautiful neighborhood and the beach was not as crowded as it is near the main area of the boardwalk. Everyone had a great time, even our dog who got to play on Poodle Beach near Silver Lake/Dewey.

Perfect location for a relaxing week away.

Quite location with easy access to shopping, as well as the beach. Kids loved the play area and that park was easy walking distance. Great view of Silver Lake. House well furnished and we felt right at home! Definitely would return. The plus was being able to walk on the beach and chase seagulls in December.

Excellent Get Away

This is our second time staying at this property and I think we enjoyed ourselves more this time around. Not sure what was different, but we felt like we were home away from home. We spend time at this property with friends and our daughter and dogs for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house never felt crowded, the kitchen was perfect, and the location of the home is ideal. I'm looking forward to our next visit!

Relaxing property

Though it was only a short distance to the beach and main drag in Rehoboth the home is completely peaceful and quiet. The french doors seperating the living room from the rest of the house is a great feature and guest can enjoy each other's company and the tv while others sleep. We look forward to a return trip.

Awesome house and stay!

This is an awesome house! It was clean and in a great location, just a couple blocks to Rehoboth Ave and to get to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around town and to the beach. Typically when we’ve rented, we normally correspond with the owner, but Remax was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this house and we would stay here again.

Nice Place to Stay in Rehoboth

Very nice property and pet friendly. Very Spacious and well laid out. Well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Quiet street and nice access to Rehoboth Avenue. A bit of a walk to the beach. We drive down and parked. The outdoor shower is actually accessed through the garage, which could be a little more user friendly. Limited clothing storage. Could use a deep clean especially with the dust and pet hairs that have accumulated in corners and under furniture. Overall a very nice stay!

Inaccurate listing of amenities

We were looking forward to enjoying grilling. Unfortunately, we were told that we could not use the grill (which definitely had been included in the listing when we made our reservation). We then tried cooking using the electric stove and oven. This resulted in blowing the fuse! We were not notified about these issues; otherwise we would have cancelled our reservation. We asked the realty company for a partial refund, but no refund was offered. Be sure you know what is not in working order both at the time you make your reservation and before the deadline for cancellation.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Wonderful house, wonderful location. We were in town to visit my elderly parents one street over. This home was a perfect place for us to base out for our visit. You can bike or walk to anything and everything worth doing in Rehoboth. The house has a traditional Rehoboth Beach layout that has been nicely renovated. It’s comfortable, quiet, and very, very clean. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to family and friends.
