The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Suerte is a villa just renovated in a modern, beautiful, and the tastefully furnished holiday home is situated on an elevated location and offers us unbeatable sea views of the coastline. Just a few minutes drive away from nice restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. About 2,5 km away from Moraira center resort. Sun lovers can enjoy the lovely private pool and patio with its large terrace with panoramic sea views of the coastline from Moraira to Calpe.

All the accommodation is on one level, entrance to a large and lightly living area with SAT+TV+DVD and Airconditioning, with an open dining area, all with sea views, open modern kitchen full equipped. Very nice decorated. Three double bedrooms with Air conditioning sharing 2 shower rooms.

From the living area, we access the large terrace by the private pool where we can enjoy the wonderful views of the Moraira coastline. The pool terrace offers us a covered chill-out place, an outside dining area, a portable gas BBQ, and sunbeds. Villa Suerte offers the possibility of having a heated pool that can be reserved with an additional charge of 200, - € / week.
