Pesadilla de discoteca debajo

El inmueble está justo encima de una discoteca bacalaera, que en vez de música parecen golpes, todas las noches de la semana abierta de 12 h a 5 am. El ruido retumba en los cimientos del edificio y es imposible dormir. La policia nos dijo que ya tiene muchas denuncias por el ruido pero que al ser el piso de encima no se puede hacer nada. Vuelta a Madrid con dolores de cabeza. Ha sido un infierno que empezaba a las 12 todos los días de la semana.

Central, spacieux, mais très bruyant la nuit !!!

L'appartement est très central, bien équipé, les pièces sont spacieuses, mais il est très bruyant la nuit car il est juste au dessus de la discothèque "le Caveau" (l'appart est au 1er étage et la discothèque est au rez-de-chaussée + sous-sol...), il est donc très difficile de dormir la nuit sans boules quies... (les planchers des chambres vibrent au rythme des enceintes, des gens chantent, discutent et urinent sous les fenêtres, la réserve d'alcool et l'entrée de service de la discothèque sont dans l'entrée de l'immeuble...) Je conseille l'appartement pour des jeunes, souhaitant profiter de la ville, de la plage et des sorties nocturnes à Biarritz mais je le déconseille pour des familles ou des personnes souhaitant se reposer...
