Ideally located on the west coast, the sunniest of Reunion Island, in Boucan Canot, our spacious studio is 200 meters from the sea and all amenities (bakery, bars and restaurants, newsagent, doctors, pharmacy , internet point, dry cleaning, beautician, hairdresser).
Boucan Canot beach, a 3-minute walk away, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with supervised swimming and a natural pool, perfect for young and old.

This beautiful 38 m2 studio has a lovely terrace.
It is located on the first and last floor in a secure and peaceful residence.

The studio can accommodate 2 adults and a child.

It is equipped with a sleeping area with a real 140 cm bed and storage furniture.
A lounge area with sofa, armchair, plasma screen (with satellite channels).
A closed fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven / microwave, and everything you need to cook good curries.

Household linen is provided (sheets, tea towels, bath and beach towels)
Also at your disposal hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach umbrella and cooler.

Saint-Paul, birthplace of the island of Reunion, with its famous Friday market is 6 km from Boucan.
In just over 30 minutes you can discover the Mafate circus and appreciate the freshness of the Hauts.

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable chez Monique ! Son logement est idéalement situé, vraiment à deux pas des plages, des restaurants et d'un petit supermarché. De plus, avoir une ligne de bus juste à côté est un vrai plus. J'ai adoré le fait de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Monique est une hôte fantastique et arrangeante, super sympa et très accueillante. L'appartement est bien équipé avec climatisation, machine à laver et ventilateur - tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour parfait !

Séjour à Boucan Canot

La résidence est bien située, calme, entretenue et à 10 mn de la plage de boucan. Paillotes sur la plage pour boire un pot et contempler le coucher du soleil L’appartement est fonctionnel et peut accueillir un couple. Il est bien situer pour les départs de randos dans les cirques ou les balades dans sud. L’hôtesse est très agréable, disponible et arrangeante pour l’horaire d’arrivée. Je recommande cet appartement. Location conforme à l’annonce et très bien située.

Résidence sécurisée, bien située (plage à 10 minutes de marche sans se presser) Environnement calme. Baleines visibles tous les jours depuis la plage de Boucan. En revanche, si vous recherchez le lagon, il faut faire 10 minutes de voiture. Propriétaire très à l’écoute et très sympathique. Je recommande !

Idéal pour un séjour à la reunion

Mon séjour c’est très bien passé. Je suis resté 1 mois dans ce studio, très pratique car il y a les arrêts de bus à 200m de l’appart. Restaurant et océan à 5 min à pied. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire Merci pour se séjour !
