The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with every comfort, a dining room and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The house, on the mezzanine floor, does not need a lift, is located in the Prati area, behind the famous square with palm trees, Piazza Cavour, right in the heart of Rome, between the historic center and the Vatican, shops and restaurants of all kinds in the immediate vicinity. Well connected by metro bus and taxi station. It is necessary to present the documents of all guests at check-in for normal registration operations including children. From 1/4/2018 the resolution of the municipality implements the tourist contribution for each accommodation activity, all guests will be obliged to pay cash an amount of € 3.50 per day per person (for a maximum of 10 days) per time of check-in (NO Credit Card). Rome residents, children up to 10 years and other figures are excluded.

Premium Prati Property!

From beginning to end, our experience was a delight! Even before we committed to renting, Cristiana was very responsive in answering our questions quickly. She was very flexible in coordinating our arrival and check-in, as well as checking out at the end of our stay. The location of the apartment is ideal! It's walking distance to almost everything, with easy access to the metro for those attractions too far to walk to. There is a grocery store across the street, so it's easy to save money by not eating out every meal. The apartment was lovely, and supplied with a few of the cooking basics, like olive oil, salt, vinegar, etc. There was also coffee and tea provided. It was a comfortable, cosy space to return to at the end of a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Roma! We highly recommend this apartment! If we ever return to Roma, it will be a high priority to try to rent it again!

Appartment via Ennio Quirino Visconti 61, Roma

The property was in optimal condition. Big surface! Optimal location. 20 minutes walk to piazza Navona, downtown Rom, Vatican. Neighborhood very nice. Nothing was missing. I'll back again!! Andreas and Cristiana were very kind hosts.
