Self catering La Julerie for 8 people
Our 4 cottages at La Julerie have been designed and created to make comfortable holiday homes. They have been built in the traditional Breton style, but furnished to meet all modern requirements. La Julerie provides an ideal centre for all visitors.
Whilst the majority of guests in the summer will be coming to this part of the Cote D´Armor to enjoy the sea, others will wish to be out on the golf courses or be walking, horse riding, cycling, visiting museums or any of the many Breton events that take place throughout the year. Our heated indoor swimming pool and leisure area gives you the opportunity to engage in all the year around activities.
Naturally there will be guests who will seek no more than using part of their holidays to relax in the peaceful environment of La Julerie.

What makes this property unique
25% non-refundable deposit is to be paid on confirmation of a booking, the balance is then paid 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment by bank transfer is requested; cheques from France are acceptable, but all other euro cheques attrrat bank charges which will have to be paid by the guests.
A security deposit of 250 Euros is taken from guests on arrival and held until the gite is checked at the end of their stay.
