Dreamcatcher - A BoHo Bungalow in the heart of San Rafael
Set back along a tree line neighborhood street in downtown San Rafael sits a cozy, artsy bungalow set in with tall redwoods and bamboo, a view of Mount Tamalpais welcomes you home. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, United market, and all that downtown 4th street has to offer- cafes, restaurants, bookstores, and the cute San Rafael Theater.
Walking distance to the San Rafael transit center, you can take the Marin Airporter from SFO airport for a $32p person.
Please note: I live here full-time, and because I'm delighted to host people from all over the world, and I love to travel, this allows me to do so. In that case, letting me know for sure that you will stay here is very much appreciated in advance and with certainty so I can also make travel arrangements:). My home is not a rental property, so if you are looking for something like a motel, please stay in a motel.

For long term rental inquiries - I am seeking someone for summer and fall to stay for the duration of one to two months. Aailable for the long term any other time. Prices are based on Double Occupancy and extra people are an extra cost to account for wear, tear and utilities.
Unfortunately, we have to pay Marin county a 12% tax fee just like every hotel does. Thanks for understanding!

I'm an Interior Designer, Fine Art Photographer, and a single mom of a 14yr old son. We love to travel and meet new people all over the world! Renting my house allows me to explore the world like yourself so I am so grateful when I get a booking. Why they chose this property
My place is unique and off the street easy to get to all the sites in the north and east bay. The city is a lovely ferry ride out of Larkspur landing. San Rafael is a warm sunny place cleaner than the city for sure! Close to the very popular Terrapin Crossroads.
What makes this property unique
Fully stocked foodie kitchen. If you're expecting an empty and typical motel kitchen, this is not a place for you. There is pour-over coffee or a french press with an electric water kettle and all kinds of tea for your use. Welcome to cook and use any condiments you find. If you can't find anything, please ask as I don't put notes all over the kitchen - Happy to walk you through the kitchen anytime.
