This ground floor two bedroom two bathroom condo is located in Grand Villas at World Tour offering plenty of room for a family or golf groups. The two large bedrooms will comfortably sleep five. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has three twin beds, which can also be converted into one size king bed and a single bed in the second bedroom.. Flat screen TV's throughout the bedrooms and living room areas.


Stylishly decorated with granite kitchen countertops, tile, new hardwood flooring throughout. Private bath off master bedroom and large hall bath with Jack & Jill entry from hall or guest bedroom. Large, fully equipped galley kitchen, even includes a crock pot for those cozy family dinners, with open living/dining area. There is a washer/ dryer located inside the condo as well. Large patio with view of ponds and fountain. Ceiling fans throughout.

Free Wi-Fi, and the amenities of the pool and hot tub are just a short walk away. World Tour in centrally located in Myrtle Beach and less than a five mile drive to the beach and local attraction areas. The location and condo are a perfect vacation get-away, that will keep you coming back each year.

World Tour Village
We enjoyed our stay at the property. The beach was very close. We were disappointed in the look of the property as it seemed outdated. There were no amenities such as coffee, tea, light snacks. The TV listing provided did not match the channels that were on the TVs and it took a very long time to get one of the TVs in one room to work. For the price that was paid, I was very disappointed with the property.

Property management was excellent, location convenient, unit clean, neighborhood complex was decent, pool was small, but not crowded. Definitely a good value for Myrtle Beach. Received refundable damage deposit back within a week.

This place was great!! It was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our trip. The only complaint I had was noisy upstairs neighbors, which unfortunately happens everywhere. I highly recommend this place!!

Quiet, cozy and clean. Great location.
Great place to stay..Would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom did not function properly.. When you cut it on it was making a loud noise.. we just cut it back off. This property is in a great location. It was within 15 minutes from everywhere we needed to be.

A bit outdated but served its purpose.
I stayed here with my 2 15 yo girls. Our intentions for our visit was to spend all day at the beach and every evening out sight-seeing the town. Seeing as we only intended to sleep and shower at the condo, it served that purpose well. It was clean but outdated. The carpet in the "master" bedroom is heavily stained and needs replacing. The beds in the "spare" room were very uncomfortable and wore out. The pool is at least a 1/4 mile drive away and due to some relatively shady people staying in the complex, the girls couldn't walk to the pool or be left alone at it. It's about a 5 minute drive to the beach, which wasn't bad. We had some trouble getting in the door as the code for lock box was wrong (which others have commented on) and it took a few minutes es getting the correct code. Ad says "free wifi" but it, and cell phone reception, only works sitting on the corner of the couch. I called to inquire about it and was pretty much told sorry. The area the condo is located seemed to be a decent area, as far as safety. For what we wanted out of the condo, it served its purpose. If we had planned to stay at the condo more, or enjoy the pool for more than a few minutes at a time, it would not be my first pick. 20 years ago Myrtle Beach was a nice place but it has really turned into a nasty city and we'll never go back.

Incredible value and great location!
Myself, my husband and two of our friends rented this unit last weekend and everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the weekend and the owners were so easy to work with. The unit itself is the perfect size, clean and updated. We were able to save money by cooking most meals in the spacious kitchen. We spent most of the time at the pool which was a short distance from the unit. Located less than 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach and the ocean. I look forward to booking this unit again!

Nice and clean ground floor condo. Very convenient for getting bags and groceries in and out. Unit 103 could use some new master bedroom carpet. The cupboards were bare other than a good stocking of dishes and cookware. No coffee. No salt and pepper. And certainly nothing like additional spices and such that are common and convenient in vrbo's. Also, the keypad code given to us didn't work because the keypad wasn't installed, a lockbox was there instead. We left a message for the property manager who called us back in 10-15 minutes with the lockbox code. We were on our way to dinner so we turned around and went back. The code worked. As an aside, the pool is very far from building 1001, unit 103. I'd guess 1-2 blocks. Overall, a nice place to stay and perfect for golfers!

Very attractive unit.
I was very impressed with the unit I had rented for a few days. It is very well kept up, clean and functional. Landscaping was very neat and clean, and impressive. I would definitely, rent this same unit, or one similar to it.

An excellant place to stay. Close to the beach,shopping,golf,and a beautiful pool area. I would reccommend this condo to anyone. Michelle from Five Star is a great person to deal with as well. I look forward to dealing with her management team in the future, spent a month there and had a wonderful time.

Great Place for a Myrtle Beach Getawat
The location of this unit is great. Our primary reason for this trip was to be near Coastal Carolina University. We were only 5 mins away from the school but less than 10 minutes to the beach. It is located on World Tour golf course which is a very nice place to be also. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. Nicely appointed. Plenty of starter supplies so that I didn't have to go buy them. The two bathrooms made getting up and getting ready a breeze for us. The only recommendation to the owner would be is to get a router. My son was trying to do from work for school and had a very weak signal. Other than that I wouldn't change anything. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Condo is conveniently located within minutes to grocery shopping and tourist shopping. Approximately 8 minutes from the ocean. Many attractions for the family. I brought my 15 year old and 22 year old. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. Both the interior and grounds are well kept and clean. The pool was very nice. Overall a very good vacation experience!

Our family recently stayed in this condo. The location and the condo itself were perfect for everyone! Bedrooms and living room were comfortable and relaxing. The bathrooms were spacious with wonderful water pressure, something I do not typically notice....will need to upgrade my shower at home now! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for preparing a meal had we decided to stay in! We are an active family of 4 with 2 boys, 9 & 10 years old. The golf course was amazing for my husband. The condo location was excellent, literally within minutes to everything we wanted to do, yet secluded enough to recharge. When we return to Myrtle Beach we will definitely have this condo as our 1st choice!
