Family getaway
We had a wonderful time here with 3 adults & 4 kids (ages 7-15). From roasting marshmallows to coffee on the deck to cozying up with a movie downstairs to exploring Stewart & Hyder, we were at home in all the best ways.

A wonderful stay in a scenic area
We, a family of two adults and two teenagers, stayed at Nanci´s lovely Guesthouse in late September. When we arrived, the house was welcoming warm due to the cleaner put on the central heating which was appreciated due to the temperature outside was (of course in this time of the year) a bit cold. We had everything we needed during our stay and when we did not find something Nanci immediately provided help. Another thing which made us feel that she really wants her guests to enjoy their stay was that she described everything (e.g. electronical stuff) very well. The patio upstairs (where there is one entrance) provided a well-functioning BBQ grill. During the nights there has not been any noise from the street (although not having been located on the main street through Stewart, the town in total is very quiet) or from neighbors. We used the days to drive over to Hyder (especially Fish Creek) or to take a look at the various Glaciers in the area of Stewart. It was great to be able to sit around the fireplace when getting back to the Guesthouse again. To sum up, we can highly recommend this accommodation for people who want to enjoy nature or just want to relax away from it all in a well-furnished house.
